Welcome to backwards land
As a chiropractor myself, I wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Alekseev's information, and therapeutic approach. Even if you need to watch and listen to it many times, it is worthwhile to incorporate into a daily routine. Take it slowly. Make it a persistent effort, and over time you will not be able to deny the great cumulative benefit you are getting. Apply patience liberally, so that you do not stop too soon. Give it at least a month to integrate all of his recommendations, one at a time.

Thanks doctor,u are doing a great job.Viewing from Uganda,we appreciate.
Thank you! I appreciate your perspective as a professional.
Do you know of good headache chiropractors in SE MI? My adult son is disabled from meningitis at age 7, which changed his psychological state. He changed, became impulsive, started with addictions, had several severe TBIs, then food allergies, mold toxicity, Lyme, and Covid. His headaches have persisted for years, and he’s sick of going to doctors. I have Lyme as well, but have been chronically ill for 21 years from other toxin-based illnesses, including mold. I’ve completely changed my lifestyle, food, air, etc, but my body is a mess at age 69. I’m not going to give up, though.
I wish I could find a doctor like this where I am!
Thank you, again❣️
Thank you❤
Having light headedness 24/7. Any cure to this?
I am a certified massage therapist myself . I cannot understand how some therapist belive that skull bones are not moving considering the fact of the pressure inside change and bones are tissues. Dr Alekseev is not just gorgeous but very skilled.
Having light headedness 24/7. Any cure to this? Plz help
In 4th year of osteopathic school my daughter's (she was 4 month) MD pediatrician wanted to put her in a helmet because her skull was malformed always favoring one side when laying down. I went to my cranial-sacral professor and he taught me how to treat her. Two weeks later her head was normal and the pediatrician was blown away. Instead of putting kids in helmets now he refers them out to OMT (osteopathic manual therapy).
Wow! That's wonderful!

My mum has been having a few cervical vertebras joined since she was a child. She is 77 years old now. A few years ago she started having temporary vision and memory loss, for only a few minutes. Her cerebral MRI and CT scans are OK but from time to time she has this amnesia episodes. After watching this video I have made a connection between her spine problems and temporary memory and vision loss. Thank you! God bless you Sir Doctor! ❤
Thank you Doctor you are God sent to give us life free from pain and suffering, keep on doing it
Even though I am not a Dr, nor do I plan one on TV. You might want to have her blood sugar tested to make sure she is also not diabetic. Rock on.

I am a hairstylist, this is so helpful, when I do a shampoo, I find the seams apply pressure to open and move those spots, I can’t tell you how good people feel after a scalp massage, headaches stress and overall good feeling. But the pain and tightness in my neck shoulders arms upper back is constant.
I would love to come up with a scalp health service for clients🥰
For hairstylists:. Towel or band
arms stretched overheard and pull down behind . At will. All day if u like. Also. Catch a door and stretch your pecs
It works. Yeah. My experience in spas. The neck head and face are your tip. Light work matters. Palpation is a skill and an art.
Can you explain this with more details and no shortening words, for people that english is not maternal language. Almost everyone has this health issues 😔 ... Thank you 😊
You have to live in India for the ultimate head massage available at every barber shop (called saloon in India).🙏🙏🙏
@@irinastefanovska9230 was that too me? Sorry.
Take a hand towel In both your hands. Lift them up over your head - stretch. Now pull the towel apart as you pull it down behind your head. If something breaks you did it wrong 😂. Should quickly reset your posture recirculation.
For muscle tightness and stiffness take Magnesium and Boron…they are life changers!
I have strong hands and fingers from being a gymnast. I massaged acupressure points all over my son’s head while we waited for hours for a doctor in the ER. He was extremely sick 🤒 but said he felt completely better by the end of the day. He said it was both the doctor and me that cured him.
Completely believe this as I have past experience in chiropractic reflexology and kinesiology I have massaged my son's heads for 30 years and it always alleviates different types of discomfort!! They completely love it and I have taught them the technique❤❤❤

4:09 I was shocked when you said manual therapists laugh at the claim that the bones of the skull move 😳🤯 How are people in the medical field that don't know this? The bones of the skull are joints and they do move. I've felt it many times since studying clinical masotherapy and manual lymph drainage in Mexico. I'm interested in some Russian books and have only found bad translations in English and Spanish, and now this video... is this a sign for me to learn Russian? 😅 I already subscribed my entire family to your channel 😂😂Great video, thank you.
Russian is an extremely difficult language. Nevertheless, there is a huge amount of Russian literature on neuroscience and kinesiology that deserves to be known worldwide. Automatic translation systems, while imperfect, may help you access some of it.
I watch this video over again until I understand it much more again and again, so thank you so much Dr Alekseev 🙏🙏🙏
When I was young and when I was sick, my grandma would give me a full body massage. As a little kid, I felt so good right. The best part of the massage is the head massage 💆♂. It wasn't scientific, my grandma was illiterate, but she knew how to give me a good head massage. Basically she would use both of her hands and ten fingers to massage the forehead, head, back of neck, etc. Often, after her massage, I recovered from my illness or cold, make sense. One thing I noticed was that the massage started with pleasure but ended in pain after she repeatedly happened to massage along those skull joint lines, I had to scream at her to take it easy. None of us knew the science but with my feedback and her massage somehow managed to get me out of my cold quite speedily. 😆
What a loving grandma. I’m curious, where was she from, and did she say who taught her to give massages to sick people like that?
@@Featherfinder My guess would be India or Thailand but I might be wrong. Head massage is very popular in India.
If you go to a hair saloon or barber, they will massage your head, it is included with cutting the hair.
Aww she was acting intuitively. I would do the same.
I had a girlfriend that would like to give me massages that were one hour at least all the time! they were good to! I miss that :( Every other one from then" nothing! What? My only hope may be in Thailand! lol You mentioned massage so many times reminded me, and I got a flashback lol
@@sashx05 I totally agree. The benefit of having a partner is you can give each other really good full body massage.
This video helped a lot! I fell and might have broken my coccyx as a child and have endured crazy pain since. Sitting in high school was just awful because it hurt to stand taking minutes. In the military, I stood a lot and the pain went away...after having a baby and a major perinial tear on the same side, I need this so much! I didn't realize my scalp and neck were so buggered as I was preoccupied with surviving.
This helped a super bunch!
