I love that you don’t talk much during the sets, you explain how to do the next bit and then it’s just the music. I have always found it difficult to find workout videos I like because I HATE when trainers are just yapping and saying motivational stuff the whole time while you’re working out. (I know I may be in the minority with that opinion). You have the best balance of speaking and just letting us get on with it and listen to the music! Thank you!

Really good workout; loved the warm up and cool down. At 73 I can 't always keep up with you but most of the time I can or I do your modified versions which are very helpful. I use your dumbbell videos and your aerobic ones and you are very motivating. Thank you.

1) I appreciate the straight to the point approach very much. I am an old lady, I don't need the pep talk throughout, just let me move in peace and 2) I do a number of cardio routines to mix in with my usual walks and some weight training and this is the first one in a while I can feel next day. Thank you, saved and will definitely be doing this one again!

Love this workout becasue I can do it anywhere since there is no equipment needed and it really brought my heartrate up and I had my sweat on!
Nice intense workout. Body weight workouts are just as effective as when using dumbbells. I believe it's what you put into your workouts that makes the difference. Whether you ramp up the routine by more intensity, or by doing lower impact should that be required. Love it 😊💪🏾Thanks Mikala👌🏾
