Hey guys it's Riley from the video remember when I said not to worry about Magical? Well now it's time to worry that you're wasting precious time that you could be saving if you just download the free Magical extension at getmagical.com/techlinked . Frankly I'm a little concerned.
Can you get us a video of just Tim Apple impressions? We deserve it.
Wait the video was posted 14 minutes ago but the comment is 34 minutes?! Riley invented time travel!
Samsung watch out!
They should still give you a raise, best host :)
Yeah right, download this “free” tool that’s a great idea 😂
Riley's Tim Cook voice will never get old
Riley is the only reason I still watch this channel
I really hope they don't take Riley for granted at LMG.
It's Apple. Tim Apple.
I live for his impersonation of Tim Cook

The fact that the quickbits intro was accidentally deleted is unforgivable. I have now lost all faith in all lmg channels. This is unrecoverable.

It wasn't really a joke though considering Apple's history. It was just another FU Android users moment from Apple, and there's a long list of them.

@@Dhruv-qw7jfit’s been an issue with Apple for a LONG time. I had contacted Apple support over a decade ago when my Intel MacBook Air had issues connecting to my corporate WiFi.

I've never trusted hotel locks,
they feel basically just extra steps that only provide security from a drunk guy trying to find his room
Often the drunk guy isn't even staying in the building and is just homeless looking for something to fleece for more stuff
A lot of locks are stronger than the door/jamb they're mounted in. People who want to get in - and are really serious about it - are always getting in.
Kind of all a door is good for anyway.
Locks only keep honest people out anyway.
@@f0rth3l0v30fchr15t I mean that's true for the vast majority of houses too. If they really want to get in, they're in. All home safety does is dissuade people from breaking in, against opportunity crime and to make real criminals look at your neighbours house over yours.

@@arnezbridges93If we're talking the _Stand Alone Complex_ chronology and leaving off _2045_ (mainly because I haven't seen it), then I'd argue that the series ending in _Solid State Society_ actually *did* have a happy ending-the central question from the start of the series-"Is it possible to retain our individuality in a world where all consciousness is effectively shared?" was "Yes."
The apple "technical limitations" with connectivity (the watch thing mentioned, but aplies universally) is basically that their approach to communication and security is not by standartized technology, but obscurity developed just for apple and apple alone. Giving out the spec to anyone else would compromise so much of apple security that it is impossible.
No, following that argument, Android should be less secure.
Except it's not. Zero Day Exploit Brokers pay more for Android Exploits than iOS ones. Each year there are more major exploits found on iOS than Android, Android in general though has more small exploits that do not give the attacker full access. They are pretty much equal in security, even though you can look up the code for every part of Android whenever you want.

Brilliant work guys 👏🏽 perfect show 🎉
3:47 I work for one of SpaceX's competitors in the launch industry, and even most people here will tell you that sentiments like these towards a prototype vehicle are reflective of why meaningful advances in human spaceflight basically halted for 35 years.
I thought that was down to the Space Shuttle being so good at it's job, that NASA essentially totally forgot about rockets and so didn't bother continuing to develop them until the Shuttle reached the end of its usable lifespan.
I had a presentation about tech companies being monopolies two days before the DOJ sued apple. Apple was in my presentation. Two days later I see Dextero’s post about it and laughed.
Two things the DOJ/FTC needs to force/mandate for mobile phones to be anti-competitive:
1. RCS (Rich Communications Services) for large media sharing/transferring as a standard.
2. Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) to allow mobile apps to run across all mobile web browsers. Thus allowing alternative mobile OSs to run all apps.
Let's just go ahead and also allow everyone root access just like pc's. There's absolutely no logical reason they should be able to lock us out of it.
"WE ARE THE SENATE" HAHAHA
I will NEVER get tired of Riley's hilarious Tim Cook impressions.
me when i get an apple ad to a video that opens to a lawsuit against apple

Microsoft to OpenAI: I own you
Thanks!
Atari had something working back in the late 70s where you could put a band around your head and control something similar to Pong, so it's way older than you even think.
That thumbnail looks like a movie poster
3:47 There are also hundreds of successful landings of boosters and rockets that got sent up to space again and again. Failures can be veeeery helpful things, as long you learn from it.
Boeing: "Why does everyone focus on the planes that crash? We have thousands that landed safely every time."
This is something that I'm told infuriates SpaceX about dealing with NASA-that something like a "99% chance of success" is somehow _not acceptable_ when talking about crewed missions.
I can assure you SpaceX does not have that attitude towards human payloads. Anything less than 100% success for those payloads will be unacceptable, and a failure would lead to rolling heads.
That being said, a prototype unmanned vehicle exploding during a flight test is NOT the same thing as a fully laden passenger aircraft falling apart at 10,000 feet

I'll keep struggling on with my Samsung Galaxy. For some reason I can't get over my contempt for Apple, as I see them the same way the lawsuit does. Anti-competitive. Lots of people seem to not understand what the consequences of that can be until they're paying an arm and a leg for an Nvidia GPU.
You failed to mention that Neuralink has achieved it wirelessly, instead of the patient being connected by wires sticking out of his head. Eh...
Still involves wires sticking _into_ their brain, and getting a signal through the skull has never been difficult. Also plenty of other brain interfaces have been wireless before Neuralink (like choclear implants), so it's still nothing really new.
@@DavidStruveDesigns who else made a wireless implant that controls a PC?
@@michael.petraeus BCIs have been experimented with for decades, on both mice and humans. But Neuralink has essentially far higher "resolution" thanks to far more neurons being interacted with, and the addition of a rechargeable battery that can be recharged wirelessly are both unique to Neuralink so they are definitely industry leaders in those regards.
@@michael.petraeus I really don't think it should be in the hands of a private company though. I get that, much like the space industry, private corporations offer the highest investment of capital but imagine if the company folds or just decides its not going to support the model of chip you have implanted after a certain time - you're completely at the mercy of them and their profit-seeking decisions.
@@DavidStruveDesigns what the hell are you on about? Private companies can iterate faster and are able to achieve economies of scale bringing solutions to millions more rapidly than any government.

In terms of the Apple Watch, support shouldn't need to be "added". If they cared about it, it would have been a design consideration from the start. The only technical limitation is their own superiority complex.
Agreed but android support if it did exist would not be as good as iPhone support. For example a lot of watch apps apps such as the shortcuts app would not sync via android, but most other Apple specific apps probably could if Apple made android versions.

I guess... Tim's got no balls then, not sure where you're going with this
The REAL reason the Government is targetting Apple is because they don't give an open backdoor to users' encrypted data like Google does. Falcon 9 blew up for a while I'm testing. Now it takes astronauts to the ISS. And last year alone it flew and landed 97 perfect times. With 140 planned this year. What other company lands their rockets? Oh yeah none.
So how is losing rockets in TESTING a failure when every other rocket by anyone else gets lost on a success. That logic doesn't even make sense.
Boeing and lockheeds doesn't do it. And there's is 10x over budget and flew 1 time since the shuttle ended. That's the only reason NASA is even relying on starship to take humans back to the moon. Because no one else can even do it. so yeh.

The government hates you, especially if you are a middle class citizen. Especially the current administration… they absolutely hate middle class citizens. They actually enjoy watching the crime they have allowed in your neighborhood., especially the rapes and murders. That really gets them excited. Recently they added stealing your actual home to that list of crimes they love to watch against middle class people. If you try to defend or protect yourself in anyway they arrest you.
But yes… they are trying to protect you from apple who has some of the most expensive phones in the market and you can easily avoid by walking from the apple display to the 13 android displays at your cellphone store.
