Homemade Tzatziki Sauce

I love this sauce it can go on any meat or vegetable. Ingredients 2 English cucumbers, (2 teaspoons of salt to drain water) 3 cups of plain greek yogurt (whole milk), 1 tablespoons of fresh dill, 1/2 lemon, 1 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
