It looks great! Please buy a new skillet, because a non-stick skillet/pan that's peeling, flaking, or chipping like that should be replaced because it will continue to chip off into whatever you’re cooking, which is hazardous to consume. btw..there is no garlic in a traditional carbonara.

I just hate when people come on someone’s site stating the way they do their cook is better than what they are watching is narcissistic. If you think yours is better why are you watching someone else’s recipe. Don’t try to diss on another person’s method, make your own video. You have a Neapolitan complex. If you love your cooking, why look elsewhere. I know a few people like yourself.
People do that all the time. Sometimes it's good advice other times it's just narcissistic behavior. And it always the people who don't have any cooking videos with the most to say! 😂 I usually block the trolls though 🙅🏽♀️

I did this recipe a while back and personally found it to be one of the BEST seasoning combinations ever that I still do anytime I do a pork roast. Sometimes if I do 2 roasts I make one considerably spicy with Xtra chipotle , Cajun seasoning and add some Louisiana Seasoning. But as far as seasoning combinations and method everything about this recipe is AMAZING. My father eats on it for DAYS when I take him some lol (we're in TN. Pulled pork, ribs, or just barbecue ANYTHING is a big thing here.) God Bless you and Yours ma'am 🙏💝

Sharing ideas and recipes can be a Spiritual experience too if the persons involved are in the right place mentally/spiritually . & It can opens lines of dialogue that can benefit many souls.
