Roll Up Lasagna With Spinach And Pepperoni

This was so delicious!!! It was so good my mom had to jump in at the end to let y’all know how good it was!
Ingredients:
2lbs of ground beef
1 box of lasagna noodles
1 package of spinach
1 package of pepperoni
1 onion
1 pepper
1 tablespoon of garlic
2 to 3 jars of spaghetti sauce
1 can of tomatoes
2 cups of Parmesan
2 cups of Mozzarella
Seasonings of your choice
Makes about 16 to 18 rolls
