Meatballs Sliders

This was absolutely the best meatball sandwich/sliders I’ve ever had. The family loved them and they would be great for any party or gathering. The ingredients are as follows:
1lb ground beef
1lb ground Italian sausage
1 onion
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of sour cream
1 tablespoon of Sazon seasoning
1 tablespoon of roasted garlic and herds
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
Chopped parsley
12 Hawaiian rolls
2 cups of mozzarella cheese
1 jar of marinara sauce
