Loaded Mexican Cornbread

We thoroughly enjoyed this dish! The kids tore it up! This is a great dish to make for this cold weather as well! It’s hot and hearty.
Ingredients:
2lbs of ground beef
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 can of whole kernel corn
1 can of cream of corn
1 can of rotel tomatoes
1 can of black beans
2 taco seasoning packets
Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, slap ya mama seasoning, garlic and herb seasoning
2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread
2 eggs, 2/3 cups of milk
4oz chopped jalapeños
Bake on 400 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes until cornbread is done and golden brown on top
