Best way to eat cucumber :: keep it fresh and crunchy :: Delicious food

Hi everyone, I'm David will share best way to eat cucumber, cook with this method the cucumbers keep it fresh and crunchy.
Ingredient
2 cucumbers
1 tsp salt
1 piece of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
2 red chilies
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
50ml water
#cucumber
#delicious food
#vegetables

Recipe in text form (sort of):
0:11 Cut off and discard ends of cucumber
0:16 split into 4 parts (wedges)
0:27 remove the seeds (fillet long wise)
0:45 slice thinly diagonally
1:22 transfer to bowl
1:24 salt
1:30 stir well
1:36 let stand 15 minutes
1:44 cut ginger into smallish pieces
1:49 thinly slice the ginger
2:02 thinly slice the garlic
2:15 thinly slice the red chiles
2:33 put garlic, ginger, and chilies into a second bowl
2:38 in third bowl, add:
vinegar,
soy sausce,
red chili flakes,
black pepper,
sugar,
water (50ml)
3:00 Stir well
time passes
3:06 drain excess cucumber liquid
3:15 heat a little cooking oil in a skillet
3:24 add garlic, gingeer, chili to oil
3:31 saute until fragrant
3:40 por sauce into skillet
3:47 cook until the sauce is just a little (I think this means until it has reduced a bit)
3:57 add cucumber
4:11 Mix evenly

In my hometown Singapore the Malays call it Achar or Pickled Veg. We also use julienned carrots, Pineapple chunks, and any veg cabbage or beans u may prefer. And add some vinegar or lime juice to give it a zing. !!!
