Awesome story. I have my parents 82 GT they bought new, technically its an 82 1/2 was one of the last off the line, I'm 49 now, got it 10 year's ago from my uncle. Learned to drive in it when i was 9 😂 my dad used to take me to parking lots. Has a t5 in it now, original block, bored 40 over with a cam, early 70s heads holley 600, edlebrock intake. Been sittin for 4 year's now though. But nice to see that kid hounded his parents like I did and glad he's got it now

I like the 82 gt front ends almost as much as the 86
The ‘86 front end is a very close second for me behind the Cobra/Pacecar/GT nose!
I cannot imagine selling my ‘65
I couldn’t hang onto this one in hood conscience, but it definitely helps having the T-top GT as well 😉
