Hi Halima, thank you for your kind words and I am pleased you find our videos helpful. I made the necklace out of metal clay by creating a stencil of the shape I wanted to make first in cardboard and then using a fine needle to cut around the edge in the wet clay. You could also make a piece like this in silver sheet by sawing around the shape and attaching a bail to the back. I hope that helps, best of luck with your making. Jess x

I'm in the process of getting my Jewelry Business going and I have a question? For the last year I have been buying jewelry at estate sale and auctions online. Should I use the word thrift in my business name or not ??

Hey there!
I guess it depends on the kind of image you want your brand to portray? Who is your target customer?
The word 'thrift' brings about different connotations to the word 'vintage' for example. So if your brand is more premium then thrift might not be the right word.
When you have a few names as options, try asking some friends or family to see what comes to mind when they hear your business name. And remember to keep those customers in mind!
