Thank you as always for the tips, love this mini course 🙏
1. Vision & mission: what do you want to achieve? What need is your business solving?
2. Products and activities: what are you selling? What activities will you be doing? Activities: fairs, conventions, teaching, etc. Describe your products.
3. My customers: define ur customer. Where are they? Key characteristics?
4. Customer service & relationships: SO important. How do people contact you? How will you manage those relationships? You want a seamless customer experience.
5. Income sources: different collections. Product sales? Commission? Courses? Diversifying income stream is good idea.
6. Suppliers and resources: who are your key suppliers?
7. Pricing and cost structure: how will you price your jewellery? How do people pay? What costs do you have to cover? Think about your overhead, e.g. heating/electricity in workshop.
8. Brands and visuals: key visuals? Logo? Graphics? Write down 4-5 elements of ur brand you can use repeatedly.
Marketing: how will you market your brand? Key marketing methods?
You and your team: what skills do you have and what skills do you need support in? E.g. photographers, website builders, customer service, etc. Any gaps that need filling? Good to think ahead about staffing for future.
Delivery: how will your delivery process work? Postal services? Different delivery charges? Flat fee? In cost of jewelry so it’s free postage?
Key partnerships: key partners involved in business. Payment systems, brand developers, influencers, etc.
Other: other!
