Today, I take a bone stock, ragged, used, and previous stolen Dodge Charger V6 rental car and transplant every nut and bolt from a nearly $100,000 Dodge Charger Hellcat Redeye. There's also some custom bodywork, paint, and a ton of reassembly. Will it get done in 5 days?

Love Policy Genius! Think that would give me a good rate on that Beautiful Blue 911😎😉!
too many ads and I made 100€ by no longer watchting - therefore unsubscribed finally.
Wizard's channel is enough, no more hoover nor wrench content. game over.
good bye
painti it
Paint it red hellcat like red
All my friends with stock chargers and challengers watching this and being like “see I can easily turn my car into that”
Ah yeah easy just need a shop with every tool needed and a donor 8v car
Just need the "that" to start with to get all the parts.
@@plagueless9829 buy the tools as you need them. Makes the project take much longer, but you won't have to buy all of them at the same time. Good tools are not budget friendly, so it can be tough for lower budget beginners
Bahahaha in your driveway over a weekend no doubt 😉
And Jared.
This was a really fun to do it felt like being on a car guy All-star team! Loved every minute of it!

You guys gotta do another colab
@@japopo5533 I’m very excited and grateful that Freddy has brought me onto the team! Cool car, friends and wrenching!
@@tavarish I could tell you but that will cost 10k-15k 🤣
@Custom cars and collision lol
This channel is one of the best car channels who agrees
I'm definitely impressed with dodges ability to make a simple speaker removal that big of a pain
It’s to reduce theft and insurance premiums.
It’s not new nor exclusive to dodge lol speakers up against the windshield has been a thing for many many years
They literally made everything a big pain to swap out or remove. I gutted my entire 5.7 and swapped it to a 6.4 by myself. That sht annoying.
@@SRT_DRE used the same harnesses from the 5.7 to the 6.4?
@@kaygokrazy3415 nope. All the harnesses are different.
I still love the fact that Dodge just asked for the chassis of the development car to scrap and everything else was fair game. Sometimes it's nice to be reminded that car manufacturers do still have some petrol in their blood once you get past the corporate, PR face.
Dodge has a great sense of humor
@@tavarish of eating toilet poop😂😂😂
Jack is a super awesome addition to your team. keep him. the dude really knows his stuff.
The fact that this drivetrain was completely saved from being crushed def makes me glad to see these cars were put in good hands. My favorite part is everyone was given a hint at what was going to happen to these when the purchase of the junked v6 is going to be given a completely new life that it def deserves.
Dodge is dumb why would they crush a brand new transmission engine basically new rims tires seats dashboard lights hood exhaust intercooler probably supercharger doors brakes peddles glass like wow are they dumb😂
@@johnmcfirstley6234 its pre production parts would have defects
@@ahyaan2552 I believe that they are mandated by law to crush those cars due to them being unregisterable as they don't have OFFICIAL VINs.
@@johnmcfirstley6234 It's called following the law
I really like this video because to remove ALL the parts from one car and remember where they all go in another one is truly a task and you guys are amazing. THX

EPIC build!
Great video!
This was out of the park. You and Jared are great and Jack is 1st class.
Congrats, so glad you could make this happen. Also GOOD ON DODGE for letting you all "keep what you want" while giving the car back. I'm assuming the original VIN needed to be killed for insurance reasons or whatever. Congrats again!
Well technically it’s still a v6. The vin on the original body most likely had a vin telling you that it’s a pre prediction car. PPC. If he wants to get it properly insured. He will tell the insurance company. Which is probably the best thing. But we know how that goes.
well redeye came with no vin i am sure off or might have been double vin from other number car that came later so they would need to keep it v6 vin but update in data system the year + color and engine and so on and might get a request a new VIN , its clone hellcat but with all the part but the shell and vin.. if hellcat was as a other real car then they could have weld the body chassis vin to the body as engine and dash would still have the hellcat vin but that hellcat was never "real"
This thing has such a charge, my hair was all over the place!
Help me build my charger to a hellcat 👀👀 I’ll drop it off 😆
Jared, you and Jack killed it on the disassembly and reassembly on this! I hope your cop car will go as smoothly!
Cant wait for the cop car to chase this charger
@@kleemanjad that won’t be a long wait
2022 been off to a rough start so far, and then I see this video, um alright, lots of content coming from this channel, and Wrench Every Day?
Think that's the pick me up I need. Thanks Fellows.
Jack really came through not only with the built but also with the camera work 👌 this turned out awesome, congratulations Freddy waiting for the Runway video.
What is happening to Tavarish bald patch ???
Awesome work! Excellent addition to the team as well! Get in there, get it done, BOOM! Love that kind of work philosophy. Adds a lot to the channel too. Keep busting it out guys!!!
All the work put into this is so amazing. It is a lot of work for you all and a lot of fun to watch for all of us. Looks great!
All the hellcats being stolen we're watching to see how easy it is to strip one apart 😂😂😂
It’s no easier than any other car I’m sure just has more valuable parts lol
@@southernracing2468 to gut dat mf clean hy, gon take a min fasho. But just the engine, swap out 2 hrs max if you know what you doing
@@Realofficialdee definitely, I can pull my 302 out in like 45 minutes lmao but it’s a small block so it’s super easy
Yet they only steal the wheels and leave the brembo brakes 🤣
At the end, when you guys go for a ride, the smiles and laughter are so contagious. Hearing the motor and super charger is awesome!! So much fun to be able to help with this project
Nice work, Luis! That paint looks amazing even streaming on CZcams, I bet it's gorgeous in person.
@@mrflippant Thanks so much 👊👊
The big challenge, now, to daily-ing it? Car thieves.
It's just awesome watching both of you together man. Simple guys but passionate, hard working and persistent. Brilliant job as well!
Awesome video can’t wait to see what you have coming for us to watch this year looks like it’s going to be a crazy fun year!
Super Impressive. Transplanting all those electronic control systems across and then motor starting up first go - no significant error codes.
Body assembly better than OEM
Hats off to you guys.
Jack is an absolute master, like watching a pure artist at work.
The condensation in the overflow tank was full giveaway you'd heat cycled it already before the "first start".
I LOVE how you "build it better than OEM". A lot of people modify their cars to make them "better" but that's never that case. Faster, sharper, lower, things like that improve some parts but destroy the car in general. You truly make the cars better.
This whole deal is next level trickery, pretty much to Ed's scale. it's a $20k car, a formal rental, really--just so happens to have $60k worth of parts in it from a car you didn't even own. Brilliant. Keep it up man! Smellcat Pinkeye FTW
Lmao 😂 smellcat pinkeye 👍🏻
Now technically, he couldn't legally owned the car that Dodge gave him, it did not have a VIN and it was a test mule and could not be sold. It was physically destined to be dismantled or destroyed.
@@chubbysumo2230 He still didn't own the Hellcat, there is no "technically" about that, it's a simple fact.
@@chubbysumo2230 i read this in eds tone sounds exactly like him haha
Possession in 9/10 tenths of the law. Don't ask me how I know.
1 view, 28 seconds. 2 vids in two days?? Good to see things are happening! Glad to see you’re back, man.
So dodge is calling it a wide body when it's just fenders flairs. Great work on the build
Crazy huh 😅😅
Love it. Welcome back. Loved this so much.
The insane giggles and laughs when that beast was taking off made all the hard work worthwhile.
What a great project.
I’m so impressed by the projects you are now taking on. And killing them too!!! And thanks for all the time you’re spending editing these things for us as well.
the mclaren wasn't enough for you
@@chrisforte8229 Seriously, whats wrong with you? Stop hating !
The funniest part of this video is Jack showing Freddie the finished bodywork while wearing a shirt which reads "straight out of bondo"
Wow man, I have owned multiple Chargers now over the last several years so I am a big fan. This was an amazing watch, thank you so much for making my day with this video. I plan to buy one more on their last run and that is going to be babied for many years. Thank you for this video Tavarish.
Bringing Jack on as your in-house body man is definitely next-level; so far, he seems to mesh well personality-wise and may be your body/paint equivalent to the Wizard.
The Wizard? Seriously?
Nobody can out do WEEZARD
@@racinzebra95 Yeah, I compared Jack to Wizard, because I presume Jack to have much expertise and experience in his field, just as Wizard does; Wizard doesn't do body/paint work and I presume Jack doesn't wrench like Wizard, but I feel the comparison is valid.
@@talon262 I can agree on that anyone who can make a ratty rental charger that smells like death and decay into the smellcat pinkeye well they gotta know what they are talking about but at the same time one must never pass up the chance to have a hoovie moment
Really impressed with Jack's skills. I don't remember seeing him actually working in earlier episodes, but he does so much - and he's really good at it all too.
The level of caring and detail into the body work here is just amazing! The want to be as OE as possible. I love it!
I've learned quite a bit from having Jack on the channel the last couple of videos. But I would like to get some more insight into body work from him to try and understand it a little more. Jared is great with motors and things like that but he's not an expert with body work where is Jack is and I'd really like to see some more from him on this. (I am not throwing shade at Jared I love Jared he's great, he's one of my favorite creators on CZcams and Freddy giving both these guys time on his channel is fantastic and I love it. I just hope people can be adults and realize that we can love people and creators but we can also play to our strengths.)
The warning about the flashing lights is why you and your team are as fantastic as you are! Nice job!
wait... so this car is like 99% done? In just a few videos? My, how far we have come... I'm impressed! Great video and didn't even notice that 51 minutes of my life disappeared. I'll watch these long form videos any time.
Such a dope video. Congrats man.
Very impressive work by jack and the rest of the guys I mean you guys made it look so easy and the finishing outcome was spectacular oh and by the way after doing that last burn out and pulling back up with all the windows down I can’t express how beautiful and agressive the car looked as you rolled up to say how you couldn’t see anything from your POV in the car lol but this was a great video and such a great looking car with that color on it once again good job guys 👍🏼
I'm actually so intrigued by this video. I was locked in on this video for some reason. Jack makes the whole thing even better with all the humor. It's like a rich rebuilds vibe
Look in your video in its look you in your in doing a card already scored in here and look at the video but I need to change her and you’re rushing to do you know why I need to change but then I’m a little kid and I want to talk you can call directly and you can follow me on CZcams bye have a good day
Having tried it once, Body work and paint is such an art and work of expertise. It’s expensive if it’s done right, and these dudes earn every penny
Tavarish: you'll see a lot of videos on my projects this month (feb/march)
Also tavarish: hasn't uploaded for a month😂
Bought time!!! We been waiting on this! Yay!
Jared is one smart man. You lucky to have a friend like him in your life 🙏

Official name: "Smellcat"
That can't be undone. Good job Jared
Jack's the man - wow - great asset to the crew!
Amazing video, thank you, complete pleasure seeing time lapse of such an amazing built!
There is nothing more beautiful than two grown men smiling and giggling in an 800hp boat
I am so glad you are back! As much as I enjoy the Car Trek content, this is what I love seeing on the Tavarish channel! Back to wrenching and great montages. Freddy, I appreciate the regular uploads! I am looking forward to seeing some of the older builds take shape and get completed or built better! Cheers from Canada!
Jack is insanely good at his craft. I know of very few collision repairmen that I'd put on his level, and they all work on high-end builds. He's a keeper!
Can I ask what in particular makes you say this? Something you saw in the video? You're familiar with his work before hand? Just curious what I'm missing (trust me, it's potentially A LOT! I'm kind of a ding bat).
Amazing video. Love these rebuild videos. Killer Job Man!!
I miss this channel. I used to look out for a new episode during the pandemic. I miss tye white lambo build so much haha
I love at 44:05 how the silver hood bolts magically turned Mango
This is kinda what happens to all those stolen Hellcats lol
Nice work on this guy's you certainly got it together quickly. ❤
That was very satisfying to watch! Awesome build!
Jeez
Im so impressed by the project
To be quite honest I’ve loved this build from the beginning. I have been waiting for so long for the vid that I was ok that the entire build was in this one vid rather than having to wait for like 10 vids. Som people squeeze the crap out of these builds. I love how it was all straightforward. That and the mango color is so on point
Thanks for the entertainment Freddie :)
Love when Freddy uploads consistently
Jack reminds me of scooter from Mustang lifestyle. They have that same vibe/ type of personality
Coming from sumbody that’s goes to school for collision repair jack is amazing with his body work😮💨👌🏽
Okay, that transition from the tire smoke to the intro was pretty smooth. I bet that kind of stuff goes unnoticed a lot of the time
It sounded like Jack enjoyed the test drive more than you did and you were driving. Great build.
It’s the kinda car that just make you happy 😆
@@chrisforte8229 Yeah what a HUGE dick, I bet he also made them pay him for the work they did. How dare he drive his own car in the video ARRRGGHHHH! Have you watched this channel before though? Freddie may genuinely be one of the most generous, down to earth guys on CZcams, or just in general.
DUDE Best video yet Love the videos keep making great videos
you have an incredible crew
Wow, Jack does nice work! Well Done! A painter on CZcams using sealer??? Almost unheard of. Absolutely flawless job Louis!
This is what should happen to ALL the VIN-less factory cars! Let people strip em out and reuse those parts. Hate seeing them recalled and squished. This project is epic :D
Very nicely done, lots of work in a small video. Love the v6 rental pinkeye! T shirt idea hit me up!
Huge undertaking. You guys made it look easy. Great job.
Awesome work. Jack is a great addition to the team. Instead of the dynamic duo I guess you fellas are now a Titanic Trio! Shout out to Louis for a beautiful paint job.
This man just built an entire hellcat from scratch and my dealership can't even source a fog lamp bracket 😂 been waiting on them for 3 months now smh
As much as I dislike that they created these cars to just put in the hands of anyone, you did a great job on the rebuild, as always.
Yeaa, just what I wanted to watch! So satisfying :D
Been a fan for a long time but this build took the cake and I know it has inspired many of us, thank you very much gentlemen this was amazing
Man I just love these build videos and especially the montages with music choice. And the cars just transform with the work put in. All round super inspiring stuff! And I'm out here in the UK wishing it was this simple for myself but your work inspires me to get working on my car. 👍
That was an awesome build. Fun to watch. Congrats.
Absolutely amazing!! 🔥

I really appreciate you making this 1 full video instead of dragging it all out. Nice work, cool build!
Thats amazing, Freddy finished one project in less than 5 years and 375 Episodes.
Well, Jared and Jack did
Maybe thats why
Anyway, the RedEye came out amazing
