If you keep the car white, chrome is a good option. But if you go black, bronze 👌🏾
2 out of 3 guys will suffer hair loss by the time they're 35.
On the bright side, if you missed the boat like I did because Keeps wasn't around in the summer of 2012 when I turned 35, there's always the "buy a porkpie hat and grow a goatee" option.

I really like the fact that you do the speed ups in your videos, where most CZcamsrs do long cuts for work being done and we don't get to see as much, but even at high speeds its fun to see what you all do to get things done, thanks for the great content man !

I love how Tavarish always brings in experts like Jack, Jared, and so so many others; and reps them a ton on his channel so these talented dudes get a ton of exposure. Also, all of them pretty much became more and more comfortable in front of the camera; so they’ve been really good about explaining their awesome work.

Yes! I like that body style so much, it is my favorite and it seems pretty reasonable to update.

I think those r probably from the smae oem factory, especially for being plastic the molds alone r extremely expensive
I need Jack on my team. He is optimistic. Nice. Offers helpfull suggestions, and he is OPTIMISTIC because anyone else would've given that plastic bumper the side eye when they saw it was bent ..but not Jack!!😂

When you've been in autobody a while it's really not a hard repair. Simple heat, reshape and cool. But generally if it's a new bumper you would just send it back, cause it's inefficient to fix stuff that shouldn't need fixing.

Think about it. A person completely restores a McNugget and a lambo to “museum quality” but then receives a box of bits and pieces for his ultra lux DD from “CHINA” ( adding drama) then does a “pre unboxing” to accidentally bury the bumper under all the parts. Wtf let’s just hope he has invested in other opportunities. Doesn’t take much to find jabs on other channels. What goes up must come down.. unfortunately

I’ve watched you grow this channel I remember when you first started you had a 1986 or 87 Porsche 944 Turbo I’m just curious whatever happened to that car but you are very articulate and you have grown this channel and made it a absolute blast to watch keep up the good work

I visited a aftermarket parts manufacturer in China back in 2014 and I was thorough impressed. Their volume is huge and I was surprised they used German machines to produce their mold. It’s no wonder their quality is quite impressive in terms of fitment. Only down side from buying from China honestly is the long logistics and if something is broken when it arrives don’t bother shipping it back because it will cost you and arm and a leg
Loving the aftermarket OEM+ look of the car so far. Will definitely come back “built better” once the body and paint are done.

As someone that works at a body shop that has the mindset “it’s Friday just send it” I wish I knew how to get into high end shops working on cars like this
1st thing drop the Friday send it mindset. Do the job right or cry twice and no one wants to cry on a Friday.

Hi Tav, I can’t wait to see the new improvements to this beautiful car in new paint. (Actually I was with you all the way until you got to the end and decided you might try doing all the trim in gold). In my opinion that’s the quickest way to turn a really tasteful luxury refurb/mod into some sort of cheap looking street racer. Still, it’s your car dude and you can spoil it any way you want! 😂🤣

If you ever order bumpers on Amazon, they always seem to come in a box that's about a foot too small. They bend over the bumper at the corner and you have to mount it to the car and use a heat gun to get it back into the correct shape.
I’ve found most stuff on Amazon very well packed. The bumper was only bent because he unpacked it and then dumped other stuff on top.
Was getting curious about this car, hadn’t seen it in a while. I love this daily project and the facelift front/rear look absolutely amazing 😍 can’t wait to see the next episode with it in the booth. These are by far, imo, the most luxury and the most big body of all the ultra luxury big body sedans 🤌🏼 and suits you very very well
I like the idea of a smoked chrome, but I feel like you'd have to smoke all the chrome on the car. So I'd just make it normal chrome.

I’d go with chrome personally. Not a huge chrome fan but it fits well on this car. My dad has an s550 black with everything chrome and got the s65 chrome rims on his and they fit well

You are 100% correct on changing the wheel color! Chrome(or gold) would be perfect, and black is ugly! Also adding chrome to the body would add to the overall class of the car. Also, you are so right, when you find a car you love (no matter the year it was made) keep it and treasure it!

For a quick mockup or the rims just pick up some gold vinyl wrap and wrap part the rime or the whole rim to check if that is indeed the color you want the wheels to be.

@@adventsociety5382 If you have knowledge of caring for car paintwork, especially something of the quality and value of that Mclaren, then you'd understand its a very bad practice to allow dust to build up on the paint like that, micro-scratches are the worst
@@joelsmall8471 willing to bet that McLaren is ceramic coated. Bit of compressed air and micro fiber with no pressure will do the trick without harming the paint.

Check blind spot sensors brackets in the rear bumper. Compare to the original bumper, mounting location and angle. You may have to swap brackets.

i recommend you to install the headlight adapters if you want the party tricks that come with them
You can get these with a midnight package so all the trim is black. Looks so clean with the white paint
@tavarish you're going to need headlamp adapter modules to get the new lights running correctly.

done like 3 maybach conversation kits like this the funny part begin when you forgot to put the oem head lights computer into the "kit" headlights😂😂😂😂 and you better seal the computers with silicone otherwise you will get a lot off fog on them. great time spent 🎉🎉
