- It's the first ever appearance in the College Football Playoff for LSU and who better to show them the ropes than Alabama and Georgia? The only other two SEC teams with Playoff experience put together a small presentation that hopefully will give the Bayou Bengals some tips on how to win the Playoff.

LSU's offense scored 30+ pts in 5 of 10 games in '20. That was despite losing the only QB w/ any game experience for the season after the 3rd game. Even if Joe Brady had stayed, he couldn't have raised either true freshman QB to Joe Burrow's level in 1 season.

Yea, I am pulling for LSU too. Alabama fan here. Alabama missed the mark, mostly by having more than its share of injuries before the season began and during the season. Hopefully the injury bug has had its feel of Crimson and will move on.

Hope you're right. Alabama is my favorite SEC team. Alabama built such an untenable dynasty that the podium was large enough for the other SEC teams to stand on. Without Alabama, another conference like the Big 10 would be the preferred.
Nick Saban is the GOAT and Dabo Swinney is doing his best to catch him. Hope Clemson gets there...sooner rather than later. Hope Nick Saban is around for years to chase.
By dynasty dead, I think they are referring to Bama being a pencil into the CFP every year. The reality is until Nick Saban retires, Bama is going to be in the hunt every single year. After he leaves, is anyone's best guess. Bama fans are quick to forget the 17 year championship drought before Saban, the 51-55 record the previous 10 years before Saban, and the fact that Bama AVG recruiting class ranking all time was 28th before Saban took over. If Rich Rodriguez would have said yes, I think Alabama would be in a much different place than they are now. It will all hinge on Bama's next hire after Saban. Whoever that coach is will not replicate the success that Saban has had at Bama, but if they find a good coach, he will be able to continue winning and competing at a very high level. Bama has the resources to be successful forever, but need the right man driving the ship. If Bama fans think they are going to continue the success that Saban has brought them, they are in for a very rude awakening. I don't think this 10 year stretch will be duplicated again. Saban is probably going to go down as the best coach of all time in CFB.

There was 1 stretch of 3 years from 2012-2015 no natty like now too. It's just another hiccup. Also, there is a documentary on Saban from last year, he's not retiring until he can't walk or he feels he has no purpose. Football is his life. He works 15 hour days because he wants to. Btw, I hope Clemson wins it all this year even though they're not SEC. I like Dabo and Lawrence, good classy, God fearing men. They also win with class.

Bama won before Nick Saban for a century. Bama will continue to win after Nick Saban leaves for another century.
