- Well here's another part from my 2007 Mr. Olympia comeback training where I work some Triceps at home. I changed my training style up this year and went higher reps on body parts that I felt were lagging.

I was a freshman in high school during this time. Always came home excited to pick up a new mag of Muscular Development and read what Ronnie did day to day. That was my golden era :)

No disrespect to Mr. Ronnie Coleman, but he doesn't speak well in front of a camera, he doesn't motivate like Arnold. Arnold competed in a different time and had an amazing build. Arnold will always be the king of bodybuilding. You could listen to Arnold and learn. These other bloated, bubble-gut-having guys are just desperate. this just popped up in my recommended feed... wondering if Ronnie was already dealing with some serious pain during these workouts, but just kept on grinding right on thru the pain. Amazing how far people are able to push themselves; always made me wonder if you're more or less born with this work ethic or if it's something you learn at a young age... inspirational to say the least.
