Love how John always explains things in a way everyone can understand and not trying to impress with scientific jargon, which he could easily do by the way.
100% facts…
This man was a tremendous teacher yet he was also humble. Wherever he is now I take my hat off to him. Mike Williams

Sadly i had never known of John until recently. This man is amazing with his education. I have learned more things in the past month than 15 years in the gym. What makes it so inspiring is you can see his passion and dedication. The way he teaches about things that can minimize injury is something I wish I had learned two shoulder surgeries ago. John, RIP brother and thank you for the inspiration, motivation, and guidance. My only regret is not being able to tell you how amazing you are.
Thanks, i enjoy youre videos! Michel from the Netherlands
What a great instructor👍

This is a superb tricep progression. I have done these consistently in this sequence for 8 weeks and there is a big difference in my triceps. John was the master, the guru, and the man when it came to coaching and training :)
Thankyou again for your heavenly advice.
He was the best.
I sincerely wish I could have met this man and shook his hand for all the knowledge he has given us.
Delivered in such a kind manner and family inclusive 😢
Love this dude 😢🎉

Just learned something today and I’ve been lifting for 15 years !
Hello I like these exercises it's amazing.
Thanks and like your kick back variation. J
Years ago, I developed a horrible case of elbow tendentious by starting out with heavy skull crushers. Ever since watching this video, I have warmed up my triceps using the order of exercises that he mentions and my elbows have been staying healthy.
You want us to keep watchin', keep posting
hi. great video. what u think about deeps and close grip bench press? i want to add weight to my bench so ill be happy to take tips from u which tricebs exercises to choose as accessory
I feel great! Thank you!😂
Still and always will be the goat
Great exercise s bro 💪 👌
Thank you
Thank you dear i did same trycipe today take care bye.
OK looks great I love it.
Gone but not forgotten.
99.99% of people in the gym use too much weight for their triceps and are basically doing a lat flex with minimal tricep engagement.
How much is too much? Serious question.
I totally agree wit you
This guy is awsome like his methods a lot
Thankyuo for you tips boost
Such a nice guy
Looks sick(super effektive)
Banging tips
Freakin John Meadows! Miss you, dude!
Timeless!
Big gains incoming
I know my next tricep routine.
RIP John
Good 👍
He is gone but still taking us to school ❤
Another reason why I like watching this guy so much is because he reminds me of my boss, looks almost identical to him, his name was Darrell Schoolfield (recently died a few years ago) same arms skin tone, not very tall, Barrell chest, I worked for Darrell , 1990 to 1992, he owned Fitness Factory in Tulsa, Ok, and he was a powerlifter also and he built his own exercise equipment. I always wanted to be an amateur or professional bodybuilder also, but my dad also stopped me from doing that like a lot of other things he'd stopped me from doing. At age 52 now, I'm actually looking really good for my age, and still doing sporadic bodybuilding, no contests, just bodybuilding
Love to be able to build ny own equipment. So cool. My father never encouraged me to do anything, so it could be said he stopped me too in a way. The best thing you can do for your body is to maintain some form of strength training so keep it up friend, even if you need a break at times.
@@tonybarfridge4369 I agree,, that's what I can do for myself right now
Great f______ workout for the triceps ya, he good, he's good. Betta listen ✌🙏
Every time he says "if you know me" it reminds me of how long I've been following this Legend
Yep I have tendinitis, but I also have spinal stenosis. I’m looking for some exercises that can help me out because sitting around for so long is actually making me hurt even more.
I really miss mountaindog...R.I.P...you taught me so much through your videos
I miss this man so much. I always checked other lifting tips I found against his opinions
Miss you MD
AWESOME MAN REST ESSY BROTHER
Show muscle man. 🔥🔥💪💪💪❤
I don't normally watch these kind of videos but glad I did, and a good length for attention span. Your suggestions make sense and the results speak for themselves. I never had time for more than one specific tricep exercise but with 4 kinds it looks like a 2 or 3 day split is needed. At my age it takes 3 or 4 days just to recover from anything even a jog, so I'm wondering how I could incorporate these complex moves. Maybe once weekly or even longer? Edit: Apparently the guy is no longer with us? Sorry. What happened?
I’m 55 and reinvigorated by HIT training. Great results-full body workout, 1-3x/week, no more than 12 exercises. ONE working set to FAILURE, following progressive overload. 1 year + gains like crazy. Mentzer approach.
@@robseale17Sounds good
@@tonybarfridge4369 good luck. Let me know if I can point you in any direction.
Can I substitute dumbbell skull crushers for the JM press?
RIP big guy. I started lifting 3 months ago after being a lazy POS for the last 10 years and really enjoy your videos.
This man is like 2pac of bodybuilding with all these new materials after passing rip
The lord of gains, the teacher of mass , the mason of gains. The father of the bb world. Respect
I really miss this gentleman he always explains things that you can understand😢
I miss this guy!
Interesting tricep work outs. I'll try them for 3 months n see what happens.
Well?
Wtf?! At 1 am 9/15/23 16 people disliked this video. Property don't have triceps 😂
RIP John❤
❤️
How many days should I do triceps to get bigger
Hard to believe he has gone
I always start with kick-back, push down and skull crusher.
Miss you, King.
What can I do comparable at home? I can't get to a gym? I only have free weights and not many at that... Lol, I'm a new weight lifter. I love love love it but don't have access to machines. I'm also 59 female. Ty
I need some sponge grips never seen them before …
