La nuova serie “The Hangar78 Stories” racconta le storie e le esperienze dei grandi chef che sono passati in Hangar78, la scuola di cucina e pasticceria di Silikomart.
Nel primo episodio della seconda stagione, incontriamo la giovane e brillante pasticceria di Johan Martin, ribattezzato Giovanni Martino per l’occasione.
Il vice campione d’Europa al trofeo di zucchero artistico del Sirha 2007, ci porta a rivisitare un classico della pasticceria francese: l’éclair.
Dimenticata la caratteristica pâte à choux, Johan ne mantiene la forma oblunga esaltandone ancora una volta: i colori sgargianti, gusti singolari e decori preziosi tipici della pasticceria moderna.
Nulla è lasciato al caso, lo stampo “Fashion Eclair Éclair” ha permesso a Johan di spingersi oltre i confini della pasticceria classica, conservando comunque l’origine ed il senso di questo dolce; “éclair” perché si mangia in un attimo.

The new series “The Hangar 78 Stories” tells about the stories and experiences of the great chefs who came to Hangar 78, the cooking and pastry school by Silikomart.
In the first episode of the second season, we meet the young and brilliant Johan Martin’s pastry art, renamed Giovanni Martino for the occasion. The deputy champion of the European trophy of artistic sugar of the Sirha 2007, bring us to revisit a classical in French pastry: l’éclair.
Forgotten its characteristic pâte à choux, Johan maintains the oblong form, exalting once more its garish colors, unusual tastes and precious decorations typical of modern pastry.
Nothing is left to chance, "Fashion Éclair" mould has allowed Johan to push over the edges of classical pastry, still preserving the origin and the meaning of this dessert; "éclair" just because you eat it instantly.
