so when the rockstar announced blood money month bonus and if you do blood money oportunity Covington emrald in ruthless difficulty (cost 25 capitalle) and if you wait 30 minutes in mission its give you 6000xp ( 3000 xp for blood money mission+ double bonus for with posse).
note- its only give you double xp when Blood money bonus month announce by rockstar(and also need double bonus on with posse)
