Love this workout. I have arthritis in my knees but love step aerobics. This is very easy on my knees but gives a great workout. Please do more like this, maybe 30 minutes??

I’m embarrassed to admit this but my Reebok STEP basic stepper was covered in dust!! Now cleaned up and this workout finished. It’s been years since I’ve done a step routine and Rick’s queuing is excellent! I decided to join the GFWR program and am now on week 4 with the basics class. So today I did this step routine, week 4 workout 3, and cut the grass with a push mower. I am a sweaty mess but feel terrific! Thanks Rick!!

Hey Rick, I just tried your stepper workout for the first time. I love switching up the exercise routine and you're really helping me with that! I did it without the stepper. I do have one and it's adjustable but it's higher than the one you're using, at the lowest level. I'll try it next time. Stay well, stay happy 😊 and stay on CZcams! ❤

I got rid of my stepper yrs back ,couldn't do it now though between my knees and my ankles, I would end up on the floor lol .Will definitely try this though without the stepper x

I recently came across your channel by mistake really.
