    Have done this twice this week and love it. A couple of months ago my knees bothered me during step if the tempo was too fast or choreo too challenging. I have been diligently doing your workouts every day and my legs are stronger (thanks leg days) and I’m able to keep up and without pain during step workouts. Thank you so much! Love you and your fabulous channel!

    So glad I found this CZcams channel! I started doing step aerobics in 1995 and it was one of my favorite types of exercise for almost 20 years. Most gyms aren’t offering step classes now, and I’ve had a hard time finding another form of exercise that I enjoy for the past several years. I recently found these workouts, bought a step, and now I’m on my way to get back in shape! I love the music too…really enjoying these classes very much. Thank you! 😊

      I am exactly the same. I was trying to thing of the few times I enjoyed working out, and step in the 90s was on top of my list. I bought as step and found these classes and Christina is perfect!! I also love working out at home, easy to add it into my day.

    Yesss!! 🎉 I didn't think I would beable to do this because of the bpm but you guys!!!... You never know until you try! I kept up to the end and enjoyed every second! Try try try, don't try to talk yourself out of something that you think you can't do, you may surprise yourself like I did! Thank you Chris!     Love the music and choreography as usual. Did the Pitbull segment twice bc I had such a good flow and that song brings back such fun carefree memories for me 😊
    As a recovering perfectionist I love that your classes are live so we all experience hiccups together. Life is meant for living, laughing and learning not robotics 🤖

    Thank you for a super fun and challenging workout! When I started, I wasn't sure I could keep up with the faster beat. However, I'm proud to say I made it through the entire video. It wasn't always pretty, but I made it and am drenched with sweat. 💦 Can't wait to do it all over again! 🤩

    Did this fun cardio instead of running on a rainy day. I loved the workout, the music and the tempo, it was perfectly fitting for me today and i could better understand and follow the routine. Step by step i am going to improve my step skills with your great workouts.

    ‘JUST SMILE’…my favorite part of this workout! First- was the music really from the 90’s and 2000’s 😳🤣. I love intermediate to advance step but steppers who don’t do this because it’s slower are missing out on getting deep in the moves and fancying it up!! Thanks Chris!! I love step! ❤😊

    I LOVE your workouts and especially your step workouts! I have done step aerobics since before Rebok made a step. Our group enlisted the help of a local carpenter to build our steps out of wood, which was a workout just getting them to the gym!! I started back with your videos at the start of 2024, attempting to get my mojo back after having both knees replaced in 2022. (Knee issues had nothing to do with doing step all those years.) Thank you for such clear directions and attention to strengthening the whole body. Glad I found you to go with me through by journey back to a regular exercise program.

    ❤thanks for a fun class! Loved it. Because you are human Chris it gives me the nudge to move more and keep at t. I end up making up the m es but I keep going, grin and don't beat myself up because I do variations! If I felt pressure to be perfect I wouldn't move at all and that would mean my life would be sadder. ❤ I come to feel better and chuckling really makes me feel so good. Thanks for your personality - music is handsome as well

    This was so much more than just a fun step class great choreography. We know that step is a great way to practice mindfulness and train your brain, its also an effective way to address perfectionism. People with perfectionistic tendencies feel uncomfortable when they can’t complete a task at the level they think they should. Allowing yourself the grace to make mistakes and being okay with it builds our tolerance for uncomfortable situations. How many times in life do we skip something that might make us uncomfortable and regret it later??? For myself it’s probably more times than I’d like to acknowledge. I’m seriously beginning to think that step holds the answer to all life’s problems 🤔🤣. Thanks for being real and showing us that we don’t need to be perfect, it’s more important to just show up! 😻

    This was really fun! This was the second time EVER that I was able to use a riser for the whole class! Starting small and making little changes along the way - stronger and fitter every day!

    Hey christina, I think I found my go to class. This one was awesome I was able to do all the steps and keep up. I will look for 132 BPM .
    IT NEVER FAILS TO AMAZE ME... You're able to call out: start with the left -- when you're actually doing the right foot. You're MY favorite.

    Thank you Chris for another great step class. i found your channel just over a year ago. i was over weight, my body ached and I was depressed with how i felt and looked. I started slow and there were times when I felt frustrated and discouraged but I didn't give up. Now I'm doing intermediate/advance step and alternating strength classes 6 days a week. Today, I tried, for the first time, to use risers with this class AND I did it!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your motivation, words of encouragement and for making it fun.

    Hi, Chris! OMGoodness. Three things. One, I LOVE your workouts. I've lost over 30 pounds doing them and have gained so much strength and endurance. Two, I knew you were going to "lie"...I just didn't think it would be during the warm up and the cool down. LOLOLOL. Third, I love that you don't edit the mistakes. The authenticity is refreshing.     Tried to concentrate on being "lighter" on my feet in this fun, easy to follow workout. It was also good brain work before leaving for work this morning. And for any new steppers...please give the "Learn Step Aerobics" tutorials on Chris' channel a try. For me they were well worth my time repeating.

    Love, love the choreography and was excited to know the steps. It wasn't always that way, it pays not to give up because eventually you will get it. The ending was great, isn't it wonderful to be human. Don't ever apologize for you, remember what you tell us, just do you ❤Love and Light ❤

    Brilliant class, thank you. Gym class was cancelled so this was a far more worthy substitute. I think it’s funny when the choreo goes awry, proves you’re human and makes you more endearing to us all.

    Never worry about the occasional mistake you make. We all appreciate the work you put in to the classes and it helps us keep on the ball with what’s coming next! I really enjoyed that class. I was a bit of a grump at the start - didn’t feel like exercising- but now I feel so much better!

    For those who are quick to criticize, It takes many hours of practice, to create a routine to the music and to memorize each move for you! Ya Chris made a mistake, Maybe one.... How many did you make taking the class, learning the routine? So the next time you feel it necessary to complain, DONT! Instead think how hard she worked to bring this routine to you for FREE

    Christina can’t thank you enough as I have been doing your basic step videos almost every day and see a big difference in how I feel energy wise. I tried steps decades ago and never was comfortable as everyone in the group class was so much better than me and it was intimidating:) but doing from home following your videos are so much fun and I am really enjoying them.
    Also it helps when you have multiple basic videos and for different time spans. It gives me a variety to pick from and also helps me even if I have only 15 mins of time in a day to work out.
    Really appreciate you helping us all with your easy to follow and fun videos. 🙏🙏

    absolutely loved this, the music was fantastic and the routine was spot on. You are the best instructor ever I swear hun. I have followed many, many over the years on CZcams trying to get one that’s a hundred percent top notch in everything and you are the one ☝️. I also did step back in the day and think it’s the best exercise by far. I kept my step and just carried on looking for the best one on CZcams for motivation . I found you nearly 3 years now and it’s your channel I’ve stuck with. Gosh never say sorry at the end your the best 🤗👌👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤🇬🇧

    Chris, I didn't even notice the mistake at the end. As another trainer says, "if you're moving your winning!" We all kept moving! Fun step class! Mistakes are life, perfection is a lie. Progress not perfection!

    Ok... knew I was facing hours in the car yesterday so pressed play 5 am ! And this made my day !!! Moving and singing before a long drive..looooooved it! Thanks for making my life a bright light Chris !

    Your step workouts are the best! I love advanced, fast basic, slightly slower basic, intermediate, slower advanced, all of it! They are all fun and all give a great cardio workout. This one was no exception. Thank you!

    Great workout! Normally an advanced to immediate stepper but needed to do a 6 AM workout. This was perfect! I could "step it up" when I got warmed up and got a great workout! Thanks for everything you do. I know it is a lot more work than people might think. Have a great day! Susie

    This was the absolute perfect workout for me right now. Fast enough and long enough to get my heart rate in the zone, and simple enough choreo that I could do it all without substitution. I don’t mind substituting, but sometimes it slows me down a bit. Anyway, this was spectacular for me today. So grateful to have found your channel.

    Great basic step (but not boring) with a little bit of “speed” to it! Heart rate was at 162 for most of it. I did need to take some active rest breaks(walking around house) in btwn segments but I generally have been doing around the 127/128 step classes so this was a good step up (pun intended) lol! Finishing with a mobility because as Chris says it’s important!
