    Don’t let “basic” scare you off if you were wanting advanced. I love advanced, but I also love doing fast basic…I actually sweat more & my heart rate is faster. Thanks Chris for a fast fun workout!!

    I'm so grateful for Chris and that I found this channel. I've worked out for 25 years. Her workout style and personality is exactly what I needed. She's realistic with the perfect amount of push to get the results but not overboard where it results in injury or you just dreading the workout all together.     So much fun. I love fast basic, it gives me the chance to add a riser. l usually work with no risers during advanced step for fear l may trip over my two left feet, lol. Made it all the way to the 4th combo before l had to remove the extra risers. Thank you, Chris, for challenging me every day. ❤😊❤

    I’ve been cheating a bit this week since you haven’t been live so I have been sleeping in and working out a little later I the day. That has to stop as I feel much more energized if I get the workout in live. This quick step was a burner! I think I’m going to have to put a little piece of cardboard over the timer. Sometimes I get psyched out knowing how much time I have left! Thanks for another great workout! See you life tomorrow!

    I think it's great that you are "recycling" these "old" videos. They are still fresh, effective and i wouldn't have been able to remember them from the first time anyway! it must be hard work thinking of new stuff all the time... This is a fun way to move your body.

    Popped on early to look at your Super Bowl workout which looks like fun for me this coming week. I’m loving fast basic step as did today (11.02.2024) and I’m sweating.     I think fast basic is my favorite! The moves maybe basic but when they are at high speed and strung together, it's so much fun and easy to keep up.

    This was a great workout and so much fun! Loved seeing everyone’s personalities shine through. I do have to say that doing it much later with the intention of needing a good workout I almost turned it off and chose another one because the beginning was a bit rough. Glad I stuck it out because it ended up shining in true Chris fashion!

    Ended up coming back to this one tonight. I forgot that fast basic can be more challenging in terms of cardio because there are more “breaks” in advanced when you explain the trickier moves for us. Great stuff!

    I can only say whoa!! 😂 this was so exhausting and in the best way. I sweated in places I forgot I had lol bc once you know the steps it's just over and over. Which is good this is very much endurance geared. Still the most fun and great music.
