So much fun. I love fast basic, it gives me the chance to add a riser. l usually work with no risers during advanced step for fear l may trip over my two left feet, lol. Made it all the way to the 4th combo before l had to remove the extra risers. Thank you, Chris, for challenging me every day. ❤😊❤

I think it's great that you are "recycling" these "old" videos. They are still fresh, effective and i wouldn't have been able to remember them from the first time anyway! it must be hard work thinking of new stuff all the time... This is a fun way to move your body.

I think fast basic is my favorite! The moves maybe basic but when they are at high speed and strung together, it's so much fun and easy to keep up.

I did this today and it kicked my butt! All in a good way... This type of fast exercise is hard over 65 but is so good for your mobility and your brain! Thanks for all these amazing step and weight classes.

This was a great workout and so much fun! Loved seeing everyone’s personalities shine through. I do have to say that doing it much later with the intention of needing a good workout I almost turned it off and chose another one because the beginning was a bit rough. Glad I stuck it out because it ended up shining in true Chris fashion!
Ended up coming back to this one tonight. I forgot that fast basic can be more challenging in terms of cardio because there are more “breaks” in advanced when you explain the trickier moves for us. Great stuff!

I can only say whoa!! 😂 this was so exhausting and in the best way. I sweated in places I forgot I had lol bc once you know the steps it's just over and over. Which is good this is very much endurance geared. Still the most fun and great music.
