Whoo boy! Started this workout thinking "too fast! too fast!" . My comfort zone is 135 bpm with intermediate choreo but hung in there for this fast basic step. After 10 minutes, was acclimated to the pace. Sticking it out over the hump was definitely worth it. Super sweaty, fun and challenging. Thanks, Chris!

Fast basic was a bit of a change for me from the intermediate to advanced I usually do. This gave me a totally different feeling workout. Loved it. Lots of repeaters. Thanks for some great 80s hits too. Really motivating.
