    Hi Rick, you have no idea how your exercises have helped me,,I'm 66 yrs young, had double knee replacement 2 yrs ago ,even though I am going to the YMCA to do the Silver Sneakers class and a few other exercises I find your exercises so helpful and you can go on a easy pace,,,,,just wanted to thank you for the way you motivate your CZcams family, not only you make it fun I look forward to do them at home.

    Wow, my 70 year old body found it hard to keep up with this one, but I did it. 😃. It has put my heart rate up more than any of the other 15-20 minute ones that I usually do. I also found it a test of balance, which us "oldies" really need 😄. I'm going to try and do it once or twice a week.

    I enjoyed this ab fun workout. I really needed this kind of workout. I got a new tank top but a bit tight and it shows a bit extra tummy area so I could continue this and try to make my and tighter and flatter 😂 Thanks Rick 😊

    Absolutely love your workouts! I’m a runner and pretty fit but inconsistent with daily steps these have really helped me as part of a 10k daily step challenge with my running friends. They are so quick, easy and, most importantly, really fun! This one bagged me bang on 2000 steps as well so even more chuffed 😊 Keep up the great work 💪🏼🙌🏻
