A deed transfer from an individual to a private members association/private self supported church/ministry would follow a different set of procedures, or the list of 10 would be the same, expect in the Guarantee's case the executive authority for the church would be signing, or the church name would be used on the deed documents?
When establishing a bank account for our 508 Non-profit we had to provide a power of attorney and a copy of our formation documents to the bank as proof of formation, additionally an EIN. I imagine these would need to be listed on the Deed as Well?
Our formation documents require all future litigation between the church and a foreign entity to be held in an ecclesiastical court, if that matters.

Or maybe you should do what I'm doing, writing down terms/concepts I'm unfamiliar with, researching them future in blacks law dictionary so I have an understanding and then moving forward in the learning process.
Don't think for one second that you are not capable of learning basic/intermediate/advanced knowledge and skill in any trade people.
The word smith's especially take great pleasure at there vast knowledge of legalese, dog latin, syntax, court procedure and our ignorance. All of which are available in books and video's today and in many cases for free for our own learning pleasure!
That being said, I will say thank you for sharing this information, but perhaps teaching a man to fish is the better way in life.
