You really helped me to know about the act. Hopeful I can find a lawyer. Who will fight for me. I was their godchild and took care of them 35 years

Who can we contact about heir’s property in the state of Alabama?
We want to protect our late grandfather’s legacy (house & land).
How do we get a copy of his land/property deed?

The hospital put the wrong name on my son's birth certificate. It conflicts with his Social Security card. We had tried for 20 YEARS to get Oklahoma to issue him the correct birth certificate, but they refuse to... He even filled out the on-liine application from the OK court, and NOW they say he needs a court order. My poor son is 30 years old! He cannot work because they require a birth certificate and he needs one to get a bank account, so there is nowhere they could send the money. He cannot drive or get a simple I.D. for the same reason... He can't even get a library card! Please- If there is any advice you have, we would greatly appreciate it! I'm 74, and I'm terrified of what will happen to my son if I die. Please help us? Thank you for your time.

This is a very interesting subject, Now is this only to prove a biological father. What about a step dad that never legally adopted you but raised you since you were a toddler, What rights do you have ?

Hi, thanks for the video. I am going through the same exact thing right now with my dad's widow. Now for some reason my dad left her and I as beneficiaries on one of this bank accounts, and we both had to write letters agreeing to split the funds, and we did receive them. But he also had other bank accounts and property that he had no Will or beneficiaries on, so now we must go through Probate Court. She knows my fathers name is not on my birth certificate, so now she's trying to fight me over the rest of his estate. My question to you is, since my father put me as a beneficiary on the funds that I received already, can I use those bank records as proof of heirship?
