I'm an heir of an intestate estate. I'm dealing with a corrupt probate court. House was sold in a tax sale. I'm going through appeals right now. Probate court denied my injunction to stop it, claiming not having jurisdiction, and referred me to another circuit court that handles tax sales. I objected, but this court claimed that I didn't have standing, so the sale went forward.
Thanks so much for the advice My brother and I are going through. Dad will home to mom they were not married she just passed we been going through. Hell I was here care giver paid the bills in the home taxes and all now who are all these heirs that weren't there to help care for her. Also the deed is still in my Father's name does that change anything
