Weylie!! If you love using Rose water. I highly recommend gardening your own rose garden so you can make fresh rose water RIGHT AT HOME I tried it and it’s been a few days. My skin feels SO nice.

Also, you’re so lucky having an orange tree! I’ve also made OJ during lockdown and sometimes I add chia seeds to it. I just leave it to bloom in the juice for 15 mins and then it’s done

I loved this video, Weylie!!! I think this pandemic has also been such a blessing too. We humans were always in auto pilot mode, everything was go, go, go or do, do, do. Then having stay at home orders in place, I feel has helped us to slow down, spend time with loved ones, learn how to bake, cook more at home, clean, learn new skill sets, etc. Sure millions have lost jobs and the economy has come to shit, but we all have learned something from this. One thing for sure, we all need each other and need to work together.

If you want to try some exercises than I recommend Chloe Ting. She is awesome, her exercises (for exaple 2 weeks shred challenge) really does help A LOT. You don't need to go on a diet to see some changes.:)
Another suggestion: I love youtuber Natacha Oceane for her fitness/health stuff too. All the best!
Just accept yourself, baby. I used to be quite skinny and I gained like 5 kilos and the more I tried to lose that weight, the more I hated myself. Once I stopped doing diets and hard work outs and realised that I look great, I lost a couple of kilos. I walk more, move more and not being on a diet makes me eat less since I'm no longer thinking about food and the way I look anymore. This helps a lot for me and hopefully, this will help you too. ❤️

You can buy sour plum powder or dried orange peel (ohh from your orange tree?) as an extra flavour to the white guava! It will add so much flavour and really nice. Eating it that way from an Asian home! :)
