- On this episode of Dream Homes, hosts Peter Verge and Bianca Solterbeck tour a beautifully restored heritage home that was built in 1905. The owners took several years to ensure the home kept its charm but had all the modern amenities they needed for their family of four.
The second home is a beautiful modern build, belonging to a young family with three daughters. The homeowners are responsible for building and designing the home. This massive estate is definitely one of our top picks for outstanding interior design!
That laundry room/family room was different - but actually a really great idea!!
The first home... you've got to appreciate all the work it takes to restore such a place. And to keep it as it was, instead of going overboard on the 'modern'
The green - beautiful, and fits or adds so well to the look / feel. The parlour (and doesn't that sound oh-so-posh and cultured) is great.
Never been a fan of white interiors, but in this case it works in that kitchen. I do very much love the stove, fridge, and so on. I wonder if they come in different colours, regardless of how great the black looks.
London's bedroom - I would've loved something like that of my own when I was her age. In pink, of course. Or purple / bordeaux.

I respect your opinion/taste, but the 1st home had me warping back to the 50's.
2nd home was more my gear

I'm just glad it didn't chip into my Tee times, If I had to stop golfing, I would've killed myself. Me and Chet are leading our Mid life crisis league. Being that I'm a cocaine addict, I have a really hard time keeping it up, while cheating on the ol Lady with the woman in this video.
Let me tell you gentlemen, No, the curtains do NOT match the drapes, but Chet told me she made up for it in the strap on department!

I hated those artificial flowers everywhere in the first house! It is so tasteless! 😣😕
mounting TV's on top of fire places is goofy smh. the TV's are already warm/hot from being powered on, so why would you want to heat it up even more??? all in all it looks good, but the couple in the 2nd home will be replacing that TV soon enough.
They probably bought that house really cheap
