- This episode of Dream Homes features a stunning beach front home with modern, functional interiors and gorgeous views from every room! Hosts Bianca Solterbeck and Peter Verge tour this home in Tsawwassen, British Columbia- just a stones throw away from the US border and a beautiful place to be year round.
The second home is a massive house in Ladner, BC with a cozy home theatre, spacious backyard, a greenhouse, blueberry bushes and a restoration garage with room for up to 20 cars! This unique home also has a huge master bedroom suite with a walk in closet and a Vegas inspired bathroom!
These host/sellers are total pros!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are bragging about this property and never mentioning the shity, dirty, ragedy, log dumped beach! Lol!
And what's worse, they have the balls to keep showing the beach, no fast passes with the camera, actual close ups! It almost makes the viewer think "hey, there's something wrong with me, beaches are stylish when they are fucked like this"

Multi $$$ home on a friggn dumpy beach and gross yard unkept I wouldnt pay $250
The beach is not "dirty" its natural and those are pieces of drift wood. Natural beaches do not get "comed" they also do not suffer so much from sand erosion because of the dunes and natural grasses. looks like a great home and beautiful natural beach to me.

Don't get me wrong...I could be happy in a place like this. However, a lot of the materials seem a little cheap - ie. the same drywall you find in every home built today. You brush it with your sleeve and it leaves a mark!

Why does the beach look so trashy?
Love the house. The kitchen was a bit disappointing, as was the bedding. It looked like they bought a bed in a bag from Wal-mart. Seriously people, pay attention to detail, especially when you're selling a multi million dollar house.

ZAW HTET HAN well they have the style of 19th century when looking at the building itself. The decision for the look of the exterior is based on the fact that luxury houses in the UK must exude character. But when you step inside you will notice the quality and the superb mix of style that is both contemporary, elegant and well thought.

I will give you 100.000.00 for it but no more the beach looks like lots of work to clean it up my 12 bed room and 14 bath house is much bigger and I only paid 500.000.00 and it even has a toaster and a blender built in now top that
