At least the guy has the balls to show up after his loss not like Ronda !
trueeeeeee
+TheRedFoxization ronda was busy getting her face fixed.
This is what all the haters were waiting for. Everyone thought he was the next Rhonda. Fuck that shit. Connor is not as Mentally Weak. He'll Handle his shit in the Featherweight division and be seeing him in 155 soon enough. One day 170 as well
agree!!
yeah I give him that much. he needs to tone it done , he won't have as much haters.
Mcgregor: I not gonna shy away from my defeat
Rousey:
Exactly.
+Ruzzmeister Her silence made me hate her more.
Is she still alive?
+Ruzzmeister Rousey: I'll kill myself
***** Pretending she wasn't watching the fight.
One of the most impressive moments of Conors career.
BoxingVids class and very professional
What?
I agree.. I wasnt a conor fan at first i thought he was overrated and given favorable match ups.. But how he handled this loss made me respect him and become a fan
Primetym24 fair
@@jtymon24 I agree. Conor is a good guy. The "mouth" and antics were for show and money like Muhammad Ali. This guy is a genius for making money and promoting himself. Seeing the bus incident and the phone smashing was hard to see. Oh and punching the old guy 😆
greatest post fight interview after a loss i've ever seen.
Dominick’s was really good too
Check out Dillian Whytes interview after getting knocked out by Joshua... That was also very well handled. People who can take an L are very mature in my eyes.
Wish he was like this after khabibs loss
Also just about every one of Chael Sonnens.
James Simpson what are you talking about? Chael never lost. He retired undefeated and undisputed champion of every weight class
Even in defeat Conor is a stud. Handling it with such class, the guy is the truest champion ever.
Hahahahaha
+chillbill216 idiot its wwe showman shit. How fucking deluded are you?
+Joe Benike no way, he is the biggest piece of shit before his fights, i don't like an acting champion
+johnthursday2 it's all to sell the fights, he's always respectful after the fight.
+chillbill
No one stepped up but nate and that's the fight the fans wanted. Conor underestimated the weight and let nate fight at 170 because that's nates natural weight class for the weight cut. Conor gained weight to fight at 155 he barely walks around at 170. He fought at 145 three months ago. He's doing too much too fast. And don't forget how he was actually putting an asswhoopin on nate before tiring himself out. He had to go for a takedown because he couldn't even lift his hands to cover up. Let's see if nate can hang at 155. His body at that weight won't absorb Conor's shots. I promise you that.
Didn't shy away from the media and took the L like a champ.
Didn't see him go on Ellen and talk about wanting to commit suicide while crying.
Black Gold
Not like he beat a 190 pound Nate Diaz in a rematch after this loss. Yea I’m sure he showed some heart there. Mentally strong enough to accept a loss and then win against a full camp welterweight. What are you on about?
Yea ronda rousey was a joke so weak and a terrible fighter
@@YungPac 190 are you serious he's 2.5 pounds above Conor
@@momsspaghetti7729 but Diaz cut weight whereas Conot didn't, so on fight night Nate was about 190
@@tristanbarbier5913 well if you look it up Conor was walking around 170 to 175 for his featherweight days and around 180 for his Diaz bouts meanwhile Nate said he was walking around from 190 to 200 possibly between that so
This was actually the Greatest moment of Conor's career... That was the epitome of how a fighter should be...
The dude made every excuse he could after this loss. Go back and watch everything before 202.
What about now?
@@allysonwolfe1315 Nate had all types of excuses and he won. Conor said he ran out of gas and he did. He gave Nate his props. Nate was saying all this bs and he won.

Tough loss but at least he didn't go full Ronda mode post fight. Respect, son
👍
+rene rio hahahahahehehehahah child.conor is a fuckin man.you win some you lose some.
+87lycanthropy Bold move up? Hahahaha..., he fought at his natural weight class and got his ass handed to him by a guy his own size, with a six day camp. There's nothing bold about that.
+ezequiel sepulveda He 's not a featherweight look at him at the weigh ins. He's a lightweight and he's not even the best at lightweight khabib would sub him quicker than diaz. His ground game is years behind.
+lasfinezt Incorrect. Connor and Nate's walking weight is about the same. (168) Nate cuts weight no difference than Conor. Weight did not factor in this fight whatsoever. If anything, Conor should be even more embarrassed that he got finished by a guy with NO training camp who got 10 days notice to fight. He couldn't even make it past the 2nd round. He didn't gas, he was getting served more combos than a fat guy at McDonald's. And when he couldn't eat anymore, he fell on the ground and choked on it. (Rear Naked)
He got out-boxed, out-skilled, and out-gutted by the SUPERIOR martial artist. Man up and deal with it. Conor needs to do the same thing.
this got lost but you can tell he taken it like a man he well come back and get better
Agreed!
+Jon Jonstone he was humble before... no one is 'hurt af', and you aint doin shit bro
+iphonekiller420 absolutely . . just cause you lose dont mean your not good. . conor is great he needs to keep working on his jiu-jitsu and get his ass back to it cause i cant wait to see him come back and fuck shit up. . all the shit talking but conor has done more in his short time then nate everybody is talkin about nates 10 day bs. . but nate said he had many 3 day fight camps preparing cause he had an idea he would get the fight and conor took it on 10 days notice as well and had to hurry to pack on weight to go up yet another weight class which in mma doesnt happen. . grats to both of them and good luck to both mens success though there both great
+Jon Jonstone AMEN!!!
+xSayPleasex Lol no.He talkes a lot of shit, called nate a broke bum, said he would finish him in 1 round,ko him stiff.Said nate had a soft body etc.Reality.Conor couldn't take Nate shots and gucked FUCKED .hahah
"If you want to see how a man truly is, give him power"
Oooh true
"I am always humble in victory or defeat"
Sike
Name he is still .. he’s only lost twice in the UFC you know that right ?
Name you telling me he weren’t humble towards Cerrone? Khabib is the exception because unlike the others, their beef was real and went beyond the octagon. But Conor has always been humble.
Lol
Name so he’s both a fighter and a businessman
Aldo knows where he can put it. First he pulls out, then he gets knocked out, and finally, he refuses to show up. Aldo does not deserve a rematch. Frankie Edgar goes first. Let Aldo earn his rematch with two or three wins
FACT.
👏👍 well said
another Aldo fight will end the same as the first one. mcg is a huge FW with ko power at that weight
I could break down Conor's fight all day long, but just as Conor said there are no excuses. He is always humble in victory or defeat just like a champ and doesn't make any excuses. He is the complete opposite to Aldo, I completely agree he should earn his way back to a title shot!
+Johan Uribe EXACTLY
Why are Diaz fans hating on Conor? McGregor made Diaz a millionaire, and changed his bum life!
+Conor McgreGoat I've been looking for you little kids with the Connor accounts all day. Diaz fans are hating on Connor because he talked so much shit and got his ass handed to him on a silver platter. Go ahead and change your account name and never watch MMA again like all the rest of the McGreggor fanbase.
And Nate changed Conors life too, back being a bum Irish pleb (no offense to the Beautiful ppl of Ireland). conor looks defeated in this interview, he looks soul less, empty, depressed... I hope he doesn't go all Rhonda Rousey on us and try to kill himself.
And who made that conor rich ? who did he fight that made him rich huh? I bet nate would of won that fight too.
It was coming towards nate either way. It could of been someone else but we got big mouth conor thought he could handle every division.
+Ch1d0r1 he's checking Nate's kids bjj class schedule right now.
Conor NEEDS to comeback like this, but by the looks of it he didn’t really seem that motivated when he lost to Dustin
He said he was gutted, so that’s proof enough to me.
@@nixus1909 he said he wasnt that upset that he lost in the post fight press conference lol
@@kylemoore5637 Yea but he also said he was gutted. You can believe what you want. I personally believe he was upset, since that’s juts how fighting is.

I wish I can hear Connor talking like this more often without the theatrics.
It’s conor
Shuda fook up
That's business
Nah I like the contrast. It's good to hear him occasionally be calm and quiet, but the loudmouth is what we all want to hear.
Theatrics sells tickets to the fight. The fight is over. No theatrics needed. I like both sides of Conor.
Wow never seen McGregor so calm and toned down. Guess getting your ass handed to you humbles you...
Exactly.
Fedor Emelianenko, except he dont look as sad as conor.
Your exactly right though. That's why so many martial artists ( like myself ) are so humble. When I started Jiu-jitsu I got submitted countless times. Really taught me to be humble
were not talking about playing touch butt buddy
all mma fighters lose eventually. not many stay undefeated. fedor emelianenko lost his fifth mma fight i mean..
its not like boxing, small mistakes can have huge consequences , just look at bisping vs rockhold .
+ he takes any fight any time at any weight, even if he has to gain 30 pounds over his belt weight.
And he still is champion of the featherweight division dont forget that.
I like his style, you lose and you give proper props to your victor, respect.

lol what else is there to do? he lost, it wasn't like a split decision. dude got whooped and went for a desperation takedown which means he quit and took the easy way out.

But go keep squawking like a baby if you want. I don't think conors bothered do you?
Some proper cringe worthy shit to see the amount of haters. I know his fanboys were annoying as fuck, but Conor Mcgregor is a true inspiration and a solid role model for young men growing up in a shithole society that thrives on self doubt, and looks at masculinity as toxic and dangerous.

humble !!! do u even know conor ! 😂😂😂
he gave eddie praise actually saying he is a warrior
PapaKay never did laugh
and Ronda Rousey wanted to kill herself after losing...
True. Rousey took her arrogance and tough guy role to a whole different level. She was so caught up in the being the baddest bitch and saying no woman could beat her and being so disrespectful and arrogant to getting her ass kicked and she couldn't humble herself and accept humility. She just wanted to kill herself. I hope if she comes back she comes back with respect towards other fighters. I'd become a fan.
PowerSwitch Gaming conor outscored nate nate killed him and nates is not even a good fighter
I just saw part of an interview of Rousey talking about her loss, I think it was on "Ellen", and she explains her loss as "not a loss at all" in a way that made me think that she really hasn't accepted losing, I mean, she says "I'm still undefeated" and while I understand what she MEANS to say, it just kind of left me sort of sad for her.
PowerSwitch Gaming u can't compare women emotions to a mans lol
Ronda doesn't relate to 'competition' well after losses.. I don't know that a lot of women do.
This is the most humble Conor has been since the beginning of his career. Nate really set him straight with that straight left hand.
And he changed Nates face the next time they fought. Guys scar tissue hasn’t been right since
ToxicWorld It’s a five round fight buddy. Every mma fighter knows this, Mcgregor knew he won enough rounds to win the fight. Mcgregor is the far more talented fighter, and he dropped him like 4 times in that fight and honestly if Nate didn’t have such good ground game he probably would’ve been finished. Mcgregor made sure to paste himself throughout the fight and he got the W. Also Nate was like 15-20 pounds heavier than Conor in that fight and was clearly the bigger man. So for Mcgregor to do what he did is amazing, since his natural weight class is 155
ToxicWorld ur a salty Nate Diaz fan and a casual. Conor outstruck in rounds 12 and 4 and almost 5. Just cuz Nate got a takedown with 3 seconds left in the 5th doesn’t mean he was gonna ko Conor. Shut up u casual. That’s why conor dropped ur boy 3 times in 1 round alone. Conor easily won 2nd fight. Should’ve been unanimous. Simple
ToxicWorld Honestly think conor would KO Nate now at 155. Don’t think Nates chin holds up at that weight class. He wouldn’t want to risk getting dropped another 4 or 5 times bc one of those shots will eventually put him away or give him even more brain damage
ToxicWorld mcgregor won the fight 3-2 and you could argue mcgregor had a 10-8 round
You can say what you want about conor but when it comes to actually fighting and after fighting he’s always classy about things
Still a Conor fan. He never has boring fights that's for sure.
That's more then we can say about pussy ass mayweather.

A true champion is defined by the way he handles losing.
Ronda Rousey will never be a champion while McGregor alrdy is one.
Triumph First of all, thats not the only thing that defines a champion. A true champion ALSO defends his belt.
Second, Ronda Rousey did become a Champion you idiot. She even defended it multiple times unlike Conor.

One of the most impressive moments of Conors career. No doubt about it. A true champion.
Hasn't won anything but old man scraps at the pub lately lol.
look at all those stockton slap welts lol
209!!!!!!
You would look unrecognizable in the cage with Conor, ONE HIT and you would be in ambulance and pronounced dead at the arrival
The ground wasn't what finished the fight, it was Diaz's striking.
I wouldn't say that. Diaz did catch him with a one two, but mcgregor recovered and punched himself into exhaustion. Then was too tired to keeps his hands up and went for the takedown, diaz locked in a guillotine, mcgregor defended by jumping to diazs right side. Diaz rolled him over into mount and threw strikes. Conor once again too drained to defend, gave him his back and Diaz took the choke.
You have to watch the fight a few times. If you mean the ground strikes finished it then I get the point but Diaz does not have very heavy strikes, he's just pretty accurate.
lasfinezt I don't know when I was watching the fight I saw Diaz land those punches and Conor wasn't there for a good five seconds and if he hadn't been hit he definitely wouldn't have went for a takedown. Conor has good ground game from what I hear but obviously Nate Diaz is better on the ground. Also that punch Diaz landed while on top of McGregors back is what made Conor lay out and give his neck to Diaz. Conor tapped though and I can respect that over getting choked out completely.
+lasfinezt Then that's really amateurish of champion to gas out in the 2nd round of a 5 round fight. This wasn't Kimbo and Dada. Maybe next time you and McGregor can stop and listen to all the shit that spewed from his mouth and reevaluate his mettle. This dumb ass even talked shit to Werdum. lmao

got exactly what he deserved, guarantee he will never be as loud as he was!
+Michael Daniels II Being quiet doesn't sell fights. He'll be louder than ever. Come on bro.
LOUDER
People are so stupid and do not understand that that is all fake....Conor is being loud before the fights to promote the fight and earn more money....He is actually a really good guy....
+ŠtefTV I know all about promoting a fight, but there is a right way and a wrong way to do it... Floyd Mayweather Jr did it for decades without the unnecessary vitriol, talking outside of his weight class and making fun of people who aren't even his opponent for the upcoming bout. huge difference between cockiness and confidence
+Michael Daniels II Conor has always been great at hyping fights. The combination of his talking and the Irish fans will keep him at the top no matter what because we follow him where ever he goes. As long as he's fighting, he'll be drawing millions and Dana will keep him on top as he's guaranteeing money. Conor will be just as loud as ever, this loss won't change much, especially if he goes and beat an Edgar of Aldo again.
I will always be a fan of conor. He took a risk and lost. Everyone hating on him are people with broken dreams. Conor is up there with the elite and always will be. He won the first round at least. I will always be a conor fan, most people don't realize that everyone loses in MMA. Not one person hasn't. Nick diaz fans are like coming from the wetwork lol. You guys are sick, keep laughing at conor. At the end of the day, he is a multi-millionaire. YOU are flipping burgers and driving a old messed up pinto with a fat ass wife. #CONORISTHEBEST
#fuckyounewdiazfans
+Sloth BIG props to Conor for giving it a go. But I was worried for Diaz first round, Conor was landing BOMBS. Big fan of both fighters.... was really torn in this #teamTHC
i agree and I would have been surprised if he won this fight honestly. the power at featherweight isnt the same as you move up 170. But in that first round he was doing so well, moving in n out, keeping distance and countering very well. but it showed the power difference in weight class. Mcgregor beat diazs face badly but second round when mcgregor gets hit like 2-3 times he got buckled plus the weight increase also factors into stamina. Give mad props for doing this fight. I keep telling people name 5 fighters who moved up 30 pounds from their division to fight someone. Mcgregor walking weight is 170 but dont mean thats his weight class.
And you have a CZcams account pretending to be a Sloth...
bubba he didnt just win the first rd. that was a 10-8 rd. i never seen nate get handled like that by anyone. rda had to use kicks, which conor should have did more of. he was over confident and let mate off the hook a couple times in the first. and he came out the second and started right back at it again. the weight gain obvioudly effected his cardio. period. nate hadnt landed a shot, and conor started looking wobbley in the 2nd. i said oh shit nate hes tired jump on him, cuz obviously i was pulling for nate. but what i seen is conor battering nate, conor gassed and diaz did what diaz brother do. props to my dude. id stay away from a rematch with conor thou. he dont need that. he had a couple yrs tooken off his career in just those 7 minutes.
Think of how well he dealt with this loss and how much he achieved after. Phenomenal. Win or learn.
This Conor losing to Nate >>>>> Conor losing to Khabib and Dustin.
Conor is handling it well. I hope to see Conor at multiple weight classes in the future.
I gained a lot of respect for Conor after this loss. He handled it like a man.
+HHstutz55 He handled it like Holly Holm, only she didn't tap, and she wasn't talking shit before the fight. He did what he was supposed to do after a humiliating defeat.
Conor after lose in 2016 : Fair play to him, ill take it like a champ and i'll come back stronger
Conor after lose in 2021: YAAA WOOIIFEEE IN MEEEE DM'S HEY BABYYYY
One of the best INTERVIEWER ever always never attacking, indirectly condemning or eliciting unwanted feelings. Just a lovely human being. This interviewer. I wish Connor Mcgreggor could learn character and attitude from this guy. Much much love.
Not much of a fan of McGregor and was rooting for Diaz. But I respect how he man's up to this situation and faces the harsh reality of life like a true man. Hard to suck up your pride and admit you got bested with the eyes of the world on you but this is the best way to handle a loss like this by facing those awkward and harsh interviews head on. I have a job interview tomorrow for a promotion and having seen this guy participate in interviews like this has suddenly wiped out the anxiety in my stomach I've been feeling all week. Thanks Conor!
Truth! I didn't like him before the fight. Thought he was classless. But it takes situations like these to show what kind of man you REALLY are. I couldn't have been more wrong about him. Gotta give him major props.
+Fahiem Ahmadi Keep me up to date with that job interview tomorrow!
took it like a man and thats why he won that second fight
fixed
took it like a man and thats why he *played safe* that second fight
bayliver he got killed in the 1st one in the second he outscored diaz and it was close
bayliver because he ran around the ring
bayliver and now two weight world champion . #conorbless
Red Hulk say anything what you want, but McGregor aint all that and when he fights a solid sticker its a rap. And yes the second fight with diaz he ran around the ring watch the fight how many times he turned his back and ran.
Almost 12
rounds in his debut boxing match, against the world's best boxer. There
were two winners. Respect to both fighters. Humble in victory, humble
in defeat.
He is so humble and even tho he lost he still proud
what risk? he fought at his natural weight he's big 55er who kills himself to make 45. he took no risk but fighting at his natural weight class
170
+REXZBEAT75 he took the risk of fighting a different weight class, Conor explains that Diaz was taking punches that most fighters usually crumble when it connects, so by the 3rd round he was gassed.
+Kyrie Irving he was gassed cause Nate's punches where wearing on him, the risk would of been having to cut weight he didn't need to, was at 100% full camp he crumbled under fundamentals
+Kyrie Irving it only went to round 2 numbnuts
REXZBEAT75 It was also Nate's punches as well, but it also because Conor was constatly throwing power shots and power kicks and I don't think he's used to throwing so many so by the 3rd round Conor was too gassed and Diaz still had much more energy.
What a classy man, showed up and but on a show when he easily could of pulled like so many have in the past. Massive respect to him.
+UWWE - United Whip WOO Era How is he classy? he talks shit and when he loses he just stays quiet. he is just a little bitch.
+UWWE - United Whip WOO Era
Jumping on the cage and giving middle fingers to Aldo's team and same thing again yesterday at the fans when he was walking out. Very classy, indeed.
RiseUp That wasnt to Aldos team it was to the media. Aldos team was already in the octagon helping him come around. He even said after the fight he felt sorry for Aldo and went over to him once he was back on his feet and shook his hand. Just my opinion anyway, at least hes not making excuses like Ronda did and congratulated Diaz on his win. Even after victories he always mentions hes humble in defeat or victory. I think its classy for any fighter to congratulate their opponent when they lose, its easy to be bitter.
***** Giving the middle finger to anyone after winning is not being humble in victory. But anyways, even if he is - for the most part - humble after victory, it doesn't last long. He's not humble before, during and even after the fight. He still occasionally trashes the opponents he already beat. In my opinion, you're either humble or you're not. You shouldn't get to pick and choose when you want to be humble and when you don't.
RiseUp People judge him on the thrash talking he does to hype fights. Thats just him trying to generate controversy. Controversy makes cash at the end of the day. Just like Ali back in the day it worked wonders and its worked wonders for Conor, a lot of what hes says is just him being honest about how he feels. I have massive respect for anyone who speaks their mind and is honest. And you cant say people dont talk thrash about him anyway, last night was a perfect example, twitter exploding with Aldo calling him a pussy and Dos Anjos having a go at him. As Conor said at least he showed up in the octagon and not on twitter.
This was the Conor i respected, only through accepting defeat was he able to come back and win the rematch in what, imo, was the greatest performance from a mixed martial artist ever. Not because he dominated, but because he overcame adversity like a true fighter.
After the Khabib fight you only see him bitching on twitter and with no intention of getting back in the octagon whatsoever. I guess motivation doesn't last forever.
amen
its because he has real beef with khabib so he would never show respect to him, and he just wants to skip the line and get the shot before tony. But yeah you are right it doesnt seem like he is motivated anymore and who can blame him. You can see in his face before the fight he knew khabib was probably going to beat him.
This is basically the best thing you can say at a time like this #HumblePie. Everyones loses sometimes
It's take balls for a fighter to admit that he "panicked." Most guys wouldn't admit that.
As for the fight, McGregor has nothing to be ashamed of. He fought his off, busted Diaz up, but just didn't have an intelligent game plan. I really question his coach, honestly. A cursory glance over Nate Diaz's fights and record should've been enough to formulate a more intelligent game plan, even on short notice.
Diaz has only been stopped once in 30 fights. That was at 155 via a high kick and corner stoppage. Trying to simply knock Diaz out should've been avoided.
Nate, much like his brother, is extremely vulnerable to low kicks. RDA crippled him with low kicks in their fight, which left Diaz all but powerless. Why his coach didn't advise him to throw low kicks is baffling.
The jab. McGregor doesn't have one. That has to change immediately.
I'm not trying to say I know better. It's just frustrating to see a unique talent lose because of such a poor game plan. Maybe Greg Jackson can help.
handling a loss like a winner
The most humbled he's ever been
This is the exact moment i became a conor fan
The only thing annoying me about Conor is how keeps saying a 155'er couldn't take those shots. Nate is a 155'er.
imagine what Carlos Condit will do with Him LoL
+rspkk0 they fought at 170lbs not 155, what conor was trying to say was that he felt that nate handled the extra weight a lot better than he did, and with that being said he was able to handle heavy shots with ease.
+rspkk0 he fell into his own power hype lol
+rspkk0 They were at 170, but when he fights 155 and if his shots dont work then, sure your comment would be better placed in that situation
+Andrew Lanoue Excuses
Welp, at least he had the balls to show himself in front of the camera after his loss (*cough *cough Ronda)
He'll being doing an encore after he loses to Mayweather.
he is humbled now,i like the way he is speaking now,
no fighter would've have gone up 25 pounds to fight. mcgregor is a true champion.
he was a fucking skeleton at 145, he shouldn't have been there in the first place. he fought dwarves in featherweight.
+p0wertek agreed he needs to stay at 145 155
+jose soto Hi do you remember BJ Penn?? Please check him out and then talk about fighters.
+jose soto no stupid I'm saying he shouldn't have been at 145 in the first place. 155 would be ideal and 170+Diaz was obviously more than he could handle. smashing midgets at 145 was a great way to get his hype-train rolling but it was still way too light for him.
+p0wertek well dumb ass I'm saying 145 155 is his weight
u can see how much this loss destroys his ego and thats what helps to make him a top sportsman. a loss to him is so tragic he improves so much after it and needs to be the best.
Wow. Hadn’t seen this side of McGregor before. Guy was super professional and honest. Credit where it’s due.
what a calm boy now McGregor :)))))))))))))
