+Audiotv Why would you pick this line? I don't know why Nate would say this. Conor is no way a rich kid. He comes from a middle class family in Ireland far from rich. Conor has made all his money with UFC fights and deals with Reebok. He has no problems showing off his (currently) rich lifestyle, but this is mostly because he has been rather poor than rich in his past. You should look up some documentaries here on CZcams about his life and you might actually like the guy. Conor is true to his people, very generous to his family that has been caring for him and a very hard worker. Sure he has a loud mouth and this has cost him with the fight with Nate ... but you can't blame him for having a psychological tactic besides his actual fighting.
I hear you, I think nate said that because of the push that coner is getting from the ufc, and guys like nate have been in the game for a long time so nate feels like he would of been as rich as coner if he had that same help. coner only has like 7 fights in the ufc and was submitted by two no name fighters.
+Audiotv well, correct me if I'm wrong, but "rich kid" in general is referring to beeing rich as a kid by rich parents (Sage Northcutt for example). I can understand Conor's reaction saying Nate doesn't know where he comes from. Certainly Nate has been the underdog most of the time. This has everything to do with his unattractive fighting style and his way of behaving in media. His brother Nick is even worse. I hate fighters that fool around during a fight. Anderson did this and got knocked out. I even think Conor was too playful in his fight with Nate and that has cost him a big left one that eventually made him lose the fight. Good job by Nate and I wish him the best in the future, but I do understand UFC's commercial choices. I still think Conor is one of the most interesting fighters inside and outside the Octagon which I'm happy to pay a few bucks to see him on PPV.
Nate may not be book-smart, but his fight IQ is way higher than Conor's. People can attack Nate's intelligence all they want but the fact is, he showed just how one dimensional Conor is. If Conor doesn't get the KO, he has no answers. When he got hurt, he didn't do a good job of defending himself and once it went to the ground he looked lost. Nate crawled over him and wrapped him up like a spider rolls up a fly.

What I love about this, is that conor has worked hard for his talent etc, and so when he trash talks usually he knows he's got the respect, but with nate he knows that nate is a true fighter. Been fighting all his life, came from absolute nothing fighting for scraps all the way to where he is now.
