How To Make Steamed Asian Pork Dumplings

Have a craving for steamed dumplings and you favorite Chinese is closed or you are just feeling like you can do this...well you can!! and its super easy.
Makes 100 dumplings
1.25 lb ground pork
3 Cups finely chopped Nappa Cabbage
1 large Egg
2 Tbsp Ginger minced
4 Cloves Garlic minced
3 Tbsp soy sauce preferably low sodium
2 Tbsp sesame oil
3 green onion thinly sliced

Hi Mike, do you use wonton wrappers? I’ve used square wrappers cut into triangles, I don’t remember what we made though. I haven’t seen round ones.
