In today's video you'll see a 2018 Audi RS5 B9 V6 TFSi fitted with custom downpipes and Stage 1 ECU remap by Biesseracing Bergamo. The car is now producing 515hp and 783nm of torque, which is quite a significant increase in the power outputs over the stock numbers!

The first mod this car needs is an aftermarket intercooler system - the stock one is barely able to provide for 450 hp and 600 nm, let alone 515 hp and 783 nm!
just with repro is on 510 and 800NM man.
@@youtuberia I know that. I'm saying, if you want to keep making such power without suffering from heat soak, you need a bigger intercooler.
Yeah abt doesnt tune these without better cooling i dont think, and theyre a part of audi itself so yeah.

But I have a question: with so much torque, how do the engines stand? How come there's no "Overtorque" notification coming up? In many cases, it seems like the torque figure is more than double the engine displacement (I say this because I remember that the M3 E92 4.0 NA V8 produces 400Nm and now we have the AMG M177 producing 900Nm in the AMG GT63 S 4-door - it's insane)!
It's not the engine that's the most impressive part in the context of durability, that title belongs to the gearbox. The B9 RS5 has a ZF 8-speed torque converter (which can also be found in the F90 M5) and so far it seems like a VERY durable gearbox. That thing can withstand more than 800Nm of torque. Stock.
@@marcellukacic5221 I know that info about the ZF 8HP, it can withstand 1000Nm of torque. My query is not about the gearbox. But thanks anyway! :-)

After I did ECU tuned on my B9 S5, My engine got misfire and Audi cannot fix it because there is serious failure on my engine. Audi told me I need new engine.

Whenever you get a new engine or get it fixet and still want a tune, go with ABT because theyre literally a part of audi and the ones that work on their dtm and rs cars, its covered by warranty im pretty sure as well. Its expensive yes but its the very best you can get for this car. The tune brings it up to 520hp and includes better cooling whitch these cars absolutely need. Cheers

It sounds fantastic, but unfortunately it is not the same as the 2011 version, with a V8 that sounds similar to a Ferrari 360, and now with that V6 it sounds more like a BMW, the truth is that the RS5 disappointed me 😬
Love the RS5 but they really need to stop using normal a5 diesel components in a RS5 like seriously. Heard some awful horror stories of gearbox issues due to use of normal a5 parts
A5 has a dct whitch is weaker than this zf auto
