Fr though, idk what publicising the video does except get him some internet clout. Doesn't help sort out what's happening. And the bacon don't care & can't be arsed, & aren't exactly difficult to confound. He's had a "meeting" in the shed with a group of people? (100 quid says they paid to be there, or it was otherwise absolutely used like an old-timey circus attraction.) He could just ask the second man, clearly not a user and probably a neighbour (or their parent) with dementia. But this mess is just causing an unnecessary ruckus and it's annoying that people are getting into the time traveler nonsense. Infrastructure is very necessary, albeit easy to forget cos it's a boring subject, but it's crucial.

i use my ring as a baby monitor sometimes so i use live view for extended periods of time. it doesn’t stay on. it auto shuts off every 5 min and you have to reactivate it. that’s why you see the gaps he has. definitely just missed it

I've a really found cameras in both the room and bathrooms of air B&Bs before. The accounts got taken down but it really shook me up. Cameras outside absolutely make sense, but it's the cameras in inappropriate places that aren't okay.

Ring cameras only catch movement and not very consistently at that.
It's why I gave my ring doorbell away and got the Nest doorbell that records 24/7.
However, I did keep the ring floodlights because although it doesn't catch anything, it's great for checking live view if I hear a noise.

Looks to me as though people have worked out that no-one lives in the house and are using the back shed as a drop point.
First guy came and left 'something' (possibly drugs) in the shed. He left during one of the 'blips' in the camera.
Second guy came and picked it up.
The guy on the street is possibly the person who set the drop up and the second guy was reporting that the goods were there and he's got them (he doesn't do the delivery himself because he doesn't want to get stopped with 'goods' in his car).
That's my guess...
(Note: I worked in a video shop back when there were such things, 30+ years ago, and discovered that some of the area's more interesting element were coming in and dropping 'stuff' in a particular video, then letting the buyers know that they could pick up the stuff from that particular video. The buyer then picked it up and left cash in the same video. The seller later came and picked the cash up (or sent someone to get it). *note, I didn't work there for long. I was not going to confront them, and I didn't want to get implicated. I was just a kid and didn't know what to do so I left.)
