    if no one shows up to badminton , i do drills by my self at the club, shuttle drills, play with wall... skipping rope ect ect ...

    I usually play the three same guys, I used to always win or lose extremely closely to them, for the last two weeks I’ve been losing in blowouts. I’ve been putting in more practice then all of them combined yet I feel I’m degrading. Feels so pointless, haven’t won a single set in like 20 games
