As a quite overweight myself who used to be obese few years ago, these are the 5 methods i did to boost my speed and stamina in badminton, and also lose 13 kg in less than 2 years.
    1) Eat very little oily food. No junk food.
    2) Drink plenty of plain water only. No sugary drinks.
    3) Eat plenty of fruits.
    4) Jog 3-5 km every 3 days or 1 week interval.
    5) Home exercises like 1 min plank, 500 jumping jacks and 55 squats on rest days.
