    Ma'am sometimes in important matches in tournaments, after getting a lead i think about finishing my match and i get excited and when the oponent takes continuous points i start feeling frustated and i start doing negative and i lose the match from there. Please tell me how to keep calm in those moments

      Do not focus on the lead. Focus on one rally at a time. Whether you get that point or not focus on the next rally only😁🏸

    Mam I am 41 now, I have never played any sports. But now I love to play badminton so I started getting trained from last few months. Still I am not able to play well at all, I truly feel like giving up when I loose repeatedly.

    Hi Kennie, How are you? I’m a regular follower of your badminton videos. I have a question. When I play badmintion in the evening, I’m unable to sleep the entire night and I feel restless the next day. I avoided carbs and sugar for dinner, just stuck to 2 eggs. It didn’t help much. How/what technique should I follow to get a better sleep after the game. Once home I take a warm shower of-course do the cool down excercises, but still it doest help. Appreciate your response. Have a good day.
    Regards,
    Sathish.

      I believe your games may be intense and your body is reacting similarly to a lot of people. Because of the active nature of the sport your body has a hard time slowing down. I suggest to play at an earlier time slot maybe that would help😁🏸

    Hello coach, may i ask how to improve badminton alone by yourself at home?

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion
      @CoachKennieAsuncion  Před rokem +1

      You can focus on strengthening stamina through skipping rope or jogging around but in terms of game play, you will really need to be able to play on court to get better😁🏸

    How to control over confidence in the game

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion
      @CoachKennieAsuncion  Před 5 měsíci

      One must train hard be prepared, in times of defeat one must get back up and fight. Confidence is slowly built through experience. It cannot just be said or imposed. Every player learns that over time😁🏸
