That wasn't an easy question to answer. Great guidance! 👍

Thank you😁🏸
Superb analysis Coach Kennie!
Thank you coach!!
good idea thank you
Thank you too! 😁🏸
I was told to stop breaking shuttles; to stop hitting so hard. They kept lifting to me and hitting shots towards my forehand in which I returned with a forehand drive.
If you are practicing drive shots no need to use new shuttles so you dont break them easily😁🏸
It is during a game. Considering the shuttles I bring out costs $1 more per shuttle than what they bring out I should be able to break as many of theirs as I want. 😅 Okay, seriously, mine is much more durable. Mine lasts 2-3 games. Theirs 11 points to 1 game. In the end, they've spent more on shuttles. They keep lifting & feeding my forehand knowing I am an attacking player & then complain I am attacking them. 🤦♂️ When I am partner with someone who has weaker defence & offence skills than me, they still insist on smashing at me. 😅 Then they complain I return everything.
Is it legal to stick up racket for block (basketball style) before opponent has reached the net to hit a return? I'm assuming the only way to stop someone from doing that & being cheeky about it is to hit them with body smashes or swing a cheap racket into their expensive racket. I'd prefer to be able to call "fault" for an illegal play.
Heyy coach kennie
MY biggest problem is that I lack confidence in tournaments.... mam pls suggest the solution and advice for it
Thank you 😊
Even positive thinking is something we practice while training. When we are having difficulty in training we need to keep a positive mindset and have solutions in mind😁🏸
Thanks God your Filipino ❤️ salamat sa turo mo
😁🏸
Hi Coach Kennie
Can you pls tell that what are the weak points/ places in badminton for taller peoples in singles ?
In general body shots are harder for taller people but these days many tall players work on that and are better at it. All opponents are still on a case to case basis which is why coaches on the side play an important role in giving tips to their players on court during tournaments😁🏸
@@CoachKennieAsuncion thanks alot dear kennie for you're advice
😁
How to be more consistent not making more mistakes
Practice is really the main key to staying more consistent😁🏸
While making so many errors continuosly I become tension also, so please say me how to control my tension and how to cool down myself coach
Instead of focusing on the error, think of the correction/ adjustments to make so u won’t make the same mistakes. Focus on your strategies and the constant change that comes with it.😁🏸
In this case , how to make the opponent lift for us ?
Good day..coach kennie playing badminton is easy or not?
Hi coach! My name is Andre. 13 years old kid. I just want to ask what kind of yonex racquet and what weight of racquet is good for the 13 years old kid like me? Watching here in Toronto 🇨🇦
Hi Andre! Rackets are personal depending on your style of play. I like placing shots so I prefer light rackets that are easy to maneuver. Smashers like head heavy rackets which aids in stronger smashes. I suggest feeling the racket before purchase😁🏸
@@CoachKennieAsuncion thanks coach. I will try a demo racquet here before I buy my personal racquet. 😊
