Specifically what kind / brand of lock did you install. Is this a master lock? If so that would be good because all of the other locks on my trailer and tool boxes are master locks size # 5.

Where is the best place for the motor mounts? I've put mine under the tank..
none none that’s the best place probably. Honestly as long as it’s supporting the motor end in some way you should have no issues

Do you see anything in the hardware kit that seems like it could work with a round pipe trailer tube? My current trailer doesn't have the flat angle iron sides like you do. I will get my own hardware if not, but just seeing what your opinion is on how to mount them on a pipe top rail trailer.

I have mine on a round pipe trailer. I welded mine to the bars and it’s way more solid than this. Plus you can’t steal the whole racks lol.

Do they rust? Is their an aluminum version?
house machine these rust and paint fades within a couple months. These are a cheap aluminum or metal. Bunch of ppl have had issues with them breaking, locks are cheapest they could buy. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Go equipment defender!! We absolutely love ours!! Plus the mount to floor idk why but I love that! I have a small trailer and the really dont take up any room at all!! Also when I opened my kit the plastic door that covers the lock broke I told equipment defender about it and they had a new plastic piece sent out within hours! Equipment defender rules!!
These must be some kind of prototype or something. They are way different than this now. And even my older engine supports actually support the engines on all of my echo sticks. And I hate that they took the flares out of the loops on the end.
mccool24 this is when they first came out with the xtreme green series. I switched to equipment defender racks and love them.
Man somebody could take your whole rack with all your weed eaters including the rack and probably less than 5 minutes they've really got a horrible set up for that good video thanks

Seems like the two 5/8 and the three 3/8 bolts on each side is all a thief needs to remove and be gone with your Trimmers and the rack . I would secure it to the trailer a little better .
