Have a question. if somebody happened to take out that bolt in the back of the rack. would've had free the trimmers without having to unlock the lock?
William Wellmann Even with bolt taken out, as long as padlock is locked. It will NOT free the trimmers. Still have to unlock padlock first.

Do you think a combo lock would work
I switched to Equipment defender racks as they are better quality and better locking system. Code lanier will save you 10% if interested
I bought one 4 position trimmer rack and 3 blower racks. The all have lock issues!🤬 Have 2 replacement locks that I ordered from green touch and the too have the same issues of being hard to lock. Makes my racks useless. Thankfully I have an enclosed trailer. 🙏🏾
Stuygym sorry to hear that. A lot of ppl are switching and have been switching from GT to equipment defender racks. I upgraded to them about 3 yrs ago and they are better quality IMO than these GT. Go check them out and if interested one day code lanier will save you 10% off.

Hey Danny had a problem with my lock after 1 week. Order new lock from green touch. The lock they sent does fit had to grind it a little. Anyone reading this please do not buy this racks!
