The MC 2016 just looks badass!! More evil and ruthless! The 2018 looks clean and sleek but that's due to the different variants of specs.
But the by far the interior in the 2018 is by far a massive upgrade, however my only complaint is the AC controls in the 2018 its what makes the screen look fitted wrong. Furthermore, if i had to choose between the two of them the 2016 catches my eye and that would be the one i would choose.

As always and yeah the A/c was a big buzzkill for the 2018. It was like 'come on you already replaced the screen. You were almost there!" haha but either way still a lovely machine.
I like the older model it has more of an aggressive look to it
I am more attracted to the 2016.
The MC just looks TOO mean to ignore. The sound matches the styling for sure!

Just curious.. where did you get that whole part about a possible refresh happening in 2019 from? The car was refreshed in 2018 and as far as I knew, there was absolutely never a chance or any internal plans at a new 2019 version. Again- Just curious why you repeated that a few times in this video.

I would have the black hardtop in the background! I'm sure many petrolheads will miss the GT/GC once it ceases production. And by the way, Maserati's CEO has said that all their models will be somewhat electrified by 2020, so I'm thinking we could see these cars' replacements as hybrids. Still, I'd love to see the 3.8 GTS engine being used!
I think if thats the case for 2020 that prices may go up on GTs/GCs because of the engine. Thats just my opinion. Not that the hybrids wont be good but they wont compare is most cases.
Rons Rides I think you're right, people will want to buy these cars in a few years time because of their analogue charm.
Any ones of the two goes for me but both been as new cars and budget is not a problem, of course I will go for the 2018 model - not as white but as blue Assoluto. It's just my most wish Maserati. You didn't show the cars MSRP to compare prices... and that MC Grancabrio is parked there for a while, meaning, it probably will have a good discount on MSRP price.
Ahh yeah I didnt compare the prices since the MC is so discounted from being a 2016 model but brand new for that specific model it was $170k(usd)
Honesty, I'd take either of them...but I'd rather buy the 2018.

That climate control system is shameful, an Accord has a more modern one... They even use old school LCds...
Yeah and really wish they upgraded that for the 2018's. Smh...
I have an idea for a video Ron, the 2019 wishlist for all Maserati models. You can make a top 10 list. I wish the Gran Cabrio will have a modern and exclusive (switches, etc) interior, magnetic suspension, active aerodynamics, and all the current safety systems .
