There is no such thing as "6-pack abs fast". You cant buy 6-pack abs from an infomercial or get them from a bottle. Getting 6-pack abs is simple but takes alot of work - eat less and exercise more. This video goes into depth on nutrition for muscle gain and weight loss. I show you 8 very healthy meals that you can make in 3 minutes or less.
Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.
For more information on home workouts, please see my free website (no advertising either):
    www.scoobysworkshop.com
Nutrition is key to losing fat and getting 6-pack abs! I cover nutrition on my website, if thats not detailed enough for you I have reviewed and recommended some excellent books:

Most of the reason I decide to go to McDonald's when I'm hungry is because I'm a lazy bloke and it's quick. With these meals, I can be eating quicker than I pull out of my driveway to get fast food. Hey scooby, I recently got some free weights and a bench ect, and i'v been using your workout plan from your website. I'v been at it for 2 months and already noticed big gains in muscle, your videos have helped out a ton too, in the past when i'v worked out I hardly built any muscle, I always lifted weights too fast and now since i'v tryed it how you show in you videos doing each rep about 2-3 sec down and up, its a differance between night and day! I'm building faster then i ever have. Thanks!

No special diet for people not wanting to lose bodyfat, this video still applies. This video shows the great, solid nutrition required to add muscle. The only difference is that if you dont have bodyfat to lose, you monitor your skinfold thickness carefully and increase your portion size until your skinfold thickness (bodyfat percentage) stabilizes at the desired level.

Fruit is sugar+vitamins+fiber. When you are reducing weight, its very important to make every calorie count in some way, refined sugar does not help in any way nor does refined white flour.

OK, I was called on this one. Yes, balsamic vinegar does have calories. The reason I called it "zero calorie" is that the stuff is so runny (its waterlike) that I dont think you could ever get more than 5calories worth of the stuff to stick to the veggies.
