I once took a deep dive on pubmed and i found a distressingly large number of articles on vacuum cleaner related penile injuries. My favorite one was titled " the household vacuum, friend or foe?". Like unremovable rectal foreign bodies it always seems to happen by accident.

I met someone who had an industrial vacuum pull their eye in an accident.
They turned it off and everything was fine for a week or two. Then they lost sight in the eye. Needed surgery to reattach it.
No lasting effect though, so that's positive.

I have a new profound respect for what you do so others do not have to, I've worked in healthcare and been sprayed down with fecal matter and did not even flinch...
