      even if you say sheet metal counts a stone, it's still 3 rocks, not one. I'd be more inclined to call it a megalith (big rock structure).

Sure, they were 3 pieces of sheet metal before, but they are clearly welded together (or something like that to connect the pieces) and no longer seperate. They are one solid metal structure. And saying that because it is no longer one type of stone because a different metal was probably used to weld, is kind of weird too, since what people consider to be stone is usually a mix of things too.

    This is two years late to say this, but maybe it's because of that... but, I visited this site around that time and even saw, not the monolith, but the monolith shaped hole you guys dug.
    And it now feel surreal seeing you guys (10:47) parked at the exact same place we parked to see this thing, and walking up the same green path to the spot.
    Also, Mount Dandenong is just nice to visit.

    i only just found this video but the place they put it is actually only 15 min from my house so im gonna see if its still there two years later, ill post an update tomorow. UPDATE: there is no monolith, however the hole is still there, and someone (I’m guessing some fans) have made a mini fort with sticks around the outa edge of the hole.

      You just need to use a spade shovel and make sure that you are stomping it into the ground every scoop. If you are ramming it in with your arms, you will get tired super fast. The way dudes do it on the job site is by stomping on the shovel, then use the handle to turn the spade out. This way uses very little energy, and you can make a fairly deep hole in hard material easily.
