    Most quads don’t have triceps like me making the chest press, up and overs, and flys impossible while laying down.

    Hi people all right? Then search the internet search engines for nerve transplantation or neurorrhaphy. I read some articles that say that some quadriplegic people moved their arms and some legs again. But I don't know if this is being tested or if these surgeries are already being performed, so that people can walk again. If paraplegic or quadriplegic people walked again it would be great! I hope it helps ! A hug ! Then see the articles. I believe that they already perform these surgeries in some places and see first if it's worth it, or if the person gets worse afterwards. If not, don't. You have to be careful with these things. Because sometimes it can be irreversible.

      Have you tried it lying down like this? The front deltoid and chest help too so might be able to do it. Even if it's no weight

    I'm very confused. I thought quadriplegics can't move any of their limbs.

    • @AdaptToPerform
      @AdaptToPerform  Před 3 lety +2

      Nope. Quadriplegia is having 4 limbs affected by paralysis. So technically you have a Quadriplegic that walks
