  • A simple Introduction to HIIT Workouts. Great if you're new to fitness, getting back from injury or struggle with resistance exercise. Do this 3 times a week and you'll quickly be doing the more advanced stuff. Best of all, no equipment and can be done anywhere!

This is so helpful! I am in my twenties and have been using a wheelchair full time for the past year and haven’t been able to workout whatsoever in YEARS because I couldn’t find any exercises that were beginner enough for my atrophied muscles and painful joints. I struggled HARD doing this myself but I did it and I feel so proud and confident in myself for completing it!

Ben, you are awesome!I've been a paraplegic for over 40 years and become very unfit in the last few years. But I've read several medical reports recently advocating a combination of TRE and HIIT to lose visceral fat. I came here looking for advice about a simple régime of HIIT to get me started. Since it was the middle of the Christmas holidays, I wanted something that needed no equipment, so I had no excuse to put it off. And that's exactly what I found here! Just a week in, and it has already made such a difference. Just finding a régime that's a bit hard, certainly, but one I can actually DO provides an incentive not to skip a day. In fact I look forward to the sense of achievement. A HUGE "Thank You" from this old lady!!

Just stopped by to say that today I decided to step things up a bit so I bought some of those wrist-strap weights to make the exercises a tad more difficult. Just 500g each arm, but I can feel the difference. I also picked up some red and blue resistance bands, and look forward to moving on to some of your other videos. It's hard to describe how good it feels just to be taking myself in hand once more. If anybody else reads this, do begin. I'm an unfit 72-year-old, so if I can do it, anyone can!! I'm planning now to go to the website for even more help!

Great workout for beginners, haven't workout in years after I moved. But yesterday I was watching some seated workout for wheelchair users. This morning found this and tried some steps while watching you, not easy but it'll be helpful to me as my right side shoulder and arm is injured so this workout is definitely very helpful especially no equipment if needed. Thanks for this.

I think I have a routine but need to cut back on technology and unhealthy diets. I work out and listen to the Bible. I try to get out and workout and meditate to get fresh air.
