    one thing i love about these workouts-he encourages "no egos". he;s keeping up with the weights, but if we're having trouble, we can just drop them and continue on

    Haven’t done this one in a while - hard! Pouring down all day in Lancashire so these exercises are a must! Well done Ben

    21 years in martial arts-legitimately earned my 2nd Degree Black Belt-and there were times when i was SOAKED with sweat from a good workout (sometimes i actually went to the gym in the morning before my class that night), but rarely were my arms as sore (the good kind) as they have been from these workouts!

    Wow, I underestimated this one, started with 2.5kgs - finished with no weights. I thought it was a HIIT - surprised me when there were no intervals! Great job Ben 😁✌

    Just ordered some light dumbbells and looking forward to doing this exercise.
    Would this help to build arm strength to be able to self propel more ?

    My shoulders kept cramping so would do 10 sec break to rub arms after each exercise

    Hey does anyone know any low intensity work outs in the chair besides just riding around? I’m trying to do half high intensity then low.
