    I've been a wheelchair user all my life, I've struggled with my weight all my life also. I just found your videos today and for the first time in my life I was able to complete the whole workout. Thank you for making these videos

    Thanks Ben, you have really motivated me with your videos, I thought because I'm a wheelchair user, I couldn't exercise, or lose weight, with your help I've lost 2 stone (I was nearly 17 ) am eating healthier and feel great. Keep up the good work mate

    Thank you for the video! I got a broom and put two 1KG weights on either end and have followed along with your workout several times now. Definitely, feel the burn after a while!

    Thank you so much for this workout. I've been trying to find a good, intensive wheelchair workout and all I coud find (until I found you) was gentle workouts for the elderly. Thank you so much for this. I am going to do this again and again and again! Love it! Also where did you get those wrist weights from? They look great.

      @@AdaptToPerform Thank you so much! I'm not quite at the weights level just yet, but I hope to be soon! I actually made my own weight grip (I don't know what it's called, but you use it to strap things like a weight or a hammer or somthing to your fist) thing years ago when I went to the gym. I didn't know you could buy them until I saw your video! I've got barely any grip otherwise so would drop a weight.

    Thanks so much for this! I'm stuck at home this week due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and really missing my regular basketball routine. This is a real workout! (I used a broom, and switched after each repetition, since it's heavier on one end of the broom)

      These are just ones I bought on gumtree very cheap! I recommend you look on Amazon my preferred ones have thumb loops so they stay on better. (They're called xn8) I only have those in 2kg though, would have killed me off! 😂😂

    my legs feel sore from yesterday's workout so I can't do other hiit workouts 🥲🥲hope this would help and good luck to everyone !! ik some ofy'all are going through hard moments but u guys should be strong because life is hard and if u wanna achieve something well then you can if you work hard on it and believe in it
