Before ange comes to spurs , people say we just hope spurs not relegated this season but when ange take us to 5 or 4 position then every one is talking ,that they are not happy they want to be on the 2 or 3 that too with not just 1 season to manage ....if u look at arteta , klopp , pep how many years they have stayed.... their fans stayed loyal and believe in them, so spurs fan believe in ange , give him 4 years will win1 trophy , 7 years will win everything

@@ivanbravo4536 Levy has been pretty good lately actually, all the revenue, getting in Ange, backing him with lots of new signings, and also they're bringing in close to the most revenue in the league due to the use of their new stadium for other events and Levy being someone who knows how to turn a profit. Which means unlike most other clubs like chelsea/everton/forrest/city, they are actually able to spend big and not worry about financial fair play when so many other clubs are going to struggle.

@@mybullacount Yeah, I kind of agree with you. Since he brought in Paratacci he seems to listen to him. Last two seasons Spurs no. longer wait until last minute of the transfer window to save a couple of million. Now the signings come in early in the window. Levy's work on the stadium has put Spurs in the top 10 clubs in the world for generating revenue. If FFP does start to be enforced Spurs could be in such a strong position. Levy has also brought in Scott Munn and Johan Lange. He's now delegating to people who know about football rather than having to "win" every negotiation. He got a bit lucky with Postecogleu as he was initially well behind people like Naglesman, Kompany, Arnie Slott. But, I actually think he realises he's got lucky hiring Postecogleu and so he'a backing the right guy this time as he knows there's a chance of success with him. (BTW, how nice is it to hear a manager not automatically ruling Spurs out of the title race because it's Spurs. He's obviously trying to change the mentality of the whole club into believing they can win. Also nice to have a manager who wants to be there rather than Conte/Mourhino who obviously thought Spurs were beneath them)

I completely agree with Shaka about only being able to go as high as you shoot for. Sure, Man City has been pretty dominant the last few years, and they're always seen as the favorites. But they are going to continue to be dominant until someone pushes them hard and says "We want first place, and we're going to fight as hard as we have to to get there" Liverpool and Arsenal are doing some work on that front, but more teams I think need to say, "We don't accept that Man City is going to win the league this year." That's definitely easier said than done, for sure. Not disputing that. Their team is great; De Bruyne/Halaand combo is killer. But I really like what Postecoglou is saying here. Stop settling for anything. Aim for the league title, and see how it goes. My only problem with this whole thing is I'm an Arsenal fan, and Tottenham suddenly being actually pretty good is annoying :P I kid; strong rivals mean you have to push yourself to be better to beat them

Winning was important but it was about changing the culture and ambitions. Ange is doing the same--- I think he's all in this year, which may bring some losses -- but in 6 months to a year he can start tweaking things and getting more consistent results, but with the free flowing style. I think he's just trying to reinforce the message to the players that while the media and some fans might see just making Champions League as being successful, to him winning a trophy matters, but even then he only wants to win if the performances are good too. In such a high pressure environment it would be easier to try and be more pragmatic, but I think Ten Haag at United did that and tried to keep his job. If he'd have stuck to his principles it might have been worse in his first season, but by the second and third the players know you are consistent and what they have to do
